Visited here yesterday for my sons birthday. It was cold and we were advised to go indoors to the soft play... Fair enough I thought it was hailing after all. Get in there and it's freezing! No heaters and the only ones that were turned on were by the bouncy castle. To say people were being advised to go Indoors, the soft play cafe wasn't open, 2 members of staff sitting round on their phones right next to it, but parents given the option of leaving kids unattended or dragging them across the yard to the main bar everytime you needed a drink or snack? If you are going to concentrate people indoors put the heating on and open the cafe! Place needs a good clean the building bricks by the bouncy castle are black with grime and there's thick cobwebs everywhere, the jolly jodger in particular needs looking at as it was sodden. Obviously the roof needs fixing but instead there's just a sign to say keep shoes on...And the lights where turned off so my son was running around in the dark on a slippery surface. Dangerous so I moved him away. However my son had a good time on the little diggers, the under 5 section is probably the nicest bit and he enjoyed that. Good in the cafe was slightly expensive for what you got but the chips were nice and my son enjoyed his. A mention to the man and woman working the main bar and entrance for being the 2 friendiest members of staff we encountered and being helpful... The rest unfortunately looked like they didn't want to be there. We won't be returning

Great day out for my son's 3rd birthday, we visited in November so it was very quiet but still plenty to do for kids and adults. It was pretty cold inside most of the play areas (9 degrees) so bare this in mind if visiting in winter.

For the price you pay, you get a lot of fun. My children loved it. We didn’t have to queue for anything. Friendly staff. A scoop of Kelly’s ice cream only cost you £2.50,

We visited today for the first time. We have a 16month old and we also came with my brother and sister in law. Our nephew is 13 and niece is 9. There was so much for all of us to do. I recommend for all age groups. We loved every minute of it and our 16month old had so much to do. The softplay is huge as well as the outdoor activities. We loved it so much that we bought a returning visit ticket. It is really worth the price.

Really great family day out. My two are 6 and 1. They both loved it and there was so much for both of their ages to do. Animals were adorable, no petting but could do the horse rides (only down side is we spent just over an hour in the queue waiting) Food and extras were fairly priced. Toilets, cafe, baby facilities. Even the rain didn't dampen the fun will be back again for sure.
