“I contacted PPM about finishing off works at a property that I owned in Plymouth and now that I had moved to Cornwall it was getting too difficult for me to get too. We agreed on a very fair price and I handed them the keys and left them to it. After the works were completed, to a very good standard, they bought their cleaners in and had the house looking brand new. The keys were then given to Joe in their sales department and within a week I had four offers and accepted the asking price. Simons highly experienced, he took great care in everything and his attention to detail was truly incredible. He gave us lots of good advice and kept us informed all the way through. He quickly found solutions to the challenges an older house can throw up, and willingly took on many extra jobs, including rewiring a previous rewire that had been left in a dangerous state. Everything was done quickly and professionally while keeping the house as clean and dust free as possible throughout the refit. It was a total pleasure having them working here, they are lovely, friendly guys and very hard workers and the banter between us was an added bonus, great fun to have around. “Following a service, I had my old boiler replaced with a Worcester Greenstar on recommendation by Tailored Heat. The quote was very reasonable and all the work was carried out in a professional manner. The two chaps Ryan and Lawrence were excellent. Before commencing work, Ryan laid rubber mats and plastic sheets to protect my hardwood floor. My old boiler was removed, pipe work re-routed and the new one installed all within a matter of hours. The finished installation was incredibly neat, which I was pleased about as a perfectionist myself. Upon completion, Lawrence talked me through my new Hive thermostat system and tidied the area. It was like they were never there. I will continue to have my new boiler serviced by Tailored Heat, and will recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and professional plumbing service.”

“I walked in store today and was greeted by all the staff but there was this one staff member who was wearing a black hat and a pink jumper that stood out the most, I asked for her name which I think her name was Eesha, as she was playing with some other children and my daughter was there watching and she was kind enough to include my daughter in the fun, my daughter has autism so she does really struggle with interaction but Eesha made it feel natural and my daughter was able to have so much fun, watching her play with others made me feel genuinely happy as I could tell she made my daughter feel magical and was engaging to my daughters needs. She helped us pick out some bath bombs with some great recommendations and my daughter felt so happy about her experience at Lush today. Will be coming back with my daughter for some more fun and love the products xx”

“Always very well stocked so getting bits and bobs for the house or for work is easy. All the staff at screwfix Exeter street are extremely kind, helpful and cheery. Special shoutout to Mark who is always on top form. Mark always makes sure I have been served or if I am checked in, and always brings out my items very promptly with a smile. Great to have the free coffee and doughnuts on a Wednesday at the trade counter. Always ample parking which is great as well.”
