The quote was very reasonable and all the work was carried out in a professional manner. The two chaps Ryan and Lawrence were excellent. Before commencing work, Ryan laid rubber mats and plastic sheets to protect my hardwood floor. My old boiler was removed, pipe work re-routed and the new one installed all within a matter of hours. The finished installation was incredibly neat, which I was pleased about as a perfectionist myself. Upon completion, Lawrence talked me through my new Hive thermostat system and tidied the area. It was like they were never there. I will continue to have my new boiler serviced by Tailored Heat, and will recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and professional plumbing service.”
