   I honestly can’t recommend Martin & Co Plymouth highly enough, and in particular Tui, who has been absolutely incredible from day one. From the very start, the whole team were professional, approachable, and consistently excellent with communication. Selling a property can be daunting at the best of times, but they genuinely understand that from the seller’s perspective and made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. Tui was amazing from our very first conversation. I explained my previous (not great) experiences with estate agents and what I was unhappy with, and she understood me immediately. She reassured me that this would be a completely different experience — and she absolutely delivered on that promise. Communication was outstanding throughout, often even outside of normal business hours. Feedback after viewings was always prompt, detailed, and genuinely useful. Tui also provided regular reports and clear metrics from the advertising platforms, so I could see exactly how the property was performing, which I really appreciated. We’ve now found a buyer and are nearly at the final step, and that’s entirely down to how smoothly and professionally everything has been handled. Tui made my life incredibly easy throughout the whole process. Honestly, I only wish she was available nationwide; if my next property ends up outside Devon, I’d want her handling that too without hesitation. Massive thanks to Tui and the team at Martin & Co Plymouth. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

   We were so glad that Martin & Co took over the managing of our rental property from a local agent who sold their business on. Since taking over around a year ago we have noticed how professional and proactive they have been in managing the property and have kept us in the loop on all aspects. In particular, Amy Burley ARLA, of the Plymouth branch has dealt with most aspects and, where we have had issues with a contractor's work, Amy has attended the property and spoken to the tenants and returned to the contractor to resolve the issues in a very satisfactory, professional and timely way, which we are extremely happy with.

   What a great team! They’re efficient and effective too. It’s the first time I have invited an estate agent for managing the tenancy of my house. The experience is fantastic. They matched me a tenant within the targeted schedule and even earlier than expected. The whole team was orchestrated perfectly that made my life much easier. Thanks to Martha and Abbie, my dedicated property manager who sorts out problems lightning fast that beyond my expectations. A couple of days ago, Abbie liaised with my new tenant for a minor problem. I was astonished receiving her message outside their normal office hours. It’s sorted shortly.    Martin and Co. provide excellent letting management services. They started managing my rental properties well before covid. I switched over to them after using many other agents and never looked back since. They are most efficient and responsive to landlord and tenants alike. Nowadays, they are managing my property Porkfolio of 11 properties and I am really happy with the service. Of all the good points, the staff of Martin and Co. is their major strength. I am most indebted to Abigail Lamerton, Senior Property Manager who is most responsive, resourceful and efficient. I also acknowledge the valuable help from Tracey Needham ARLA Property Administrator who works very hard and efficiently in keeping all my properties compliant in terms of gas and electrical safety.

   We used Martin and Co for both Landlord services for years and then for selling our house. Huge thank you to Janine and Emma for all their hard work and support. We had a few sales fall through, due to issues from the seller side (not Martin & Co fault) and EVERY time they resold the houses within the week. Communication was great, we live outside the area (military) so it was great to know our house was in confident, experienced hands. Any additional support we needed i.e pre-sale clean etc was handled without question. Thank you both for your steadfast, professional and kind work that allowed us to move on to the next phase of our family life. Highly recommended to all

   I found Martin & Co to be an extremely good estate agent. From first viewing to moving in, they were courteous, open, and efficient. For example, on discovering that the washing machine was broken when we first moved in, a brand new machine was provided within a day or so after just one phone call. If you're looking for a place to rent, I highly recommend Martin & Co.
