   Reviews of my portfolio are explained clearly and I am able to bring ideas to the meeting for which tailor-made personalised solutions are offered. This includes tax implications on financial planning options, for instance with major expenditure on house purchase. I particularly like the on screen graphics demonstrating the scenarios and any effect on life plan expenditure. On occasions I make queries by email or telephone to advisors in between annual financial reviews. Advice is given promptly and confirmed by email. Any decisions I make are enacted promptly by the team.
