   My washing machine broke down on Sunday and so on Monday I phoned Sparkworld in Newton Abbot because my local shop was closed. I spoke to a very nice chap who took my order for a replacement machine and said it would be delivered today (Tuesday), installed and the old machine taken away. I was given a time slot and two guys delivered, installed and removed my old machine very efficiently. They were helpful about using the new machine and I feel Sparkworld deserve a lot of credit for being so wonderful just before Christmas. Thank you.

   Great experience buying appliances for our kitchen. Delivery was timely, carefully and professionally carried out. We had a problem with the range cooker. The process of refund, purchasing a different cooker, deliver and return were carried out painlessly and efficiently. Communication was excellent through the whole process. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again when I need other appliances.

   Good showroom with plenty of appliances on display. Prices pretty much the same as the big online brands, but you can see what you're getting. We didn't feel pressured by the staff and were left to browse, but when we wanted help the chap who approached us was helpful and knowledgeable - we ended up spending less than we thought we'd have to to get the features we wanted. They provided free delivery within a couple of days - and the delivery was excellent, with a time slot provided on the day. So we were very happy, and I recommend anyone takes the time to visit them before just ordering online from the "Anonymous Option", we were glad we did.
