Adrian fitted a SMEG extraction hob. The job was done really well and I am very pleased with the final result. Adrian was able to make adjustments as needed and I would recommend Towls as a company that go the extra mile to give you satisfaction.
After my dishwasher broke down I was straight on google looking for a replacement. Prices were good but then you add delivery, then fitting then a charge to take the old one away. Towels offered all the above at no extra cost and could deliver the same day. It worked out a lot cheaper than anything online. Great service from all staff
I popped in today at 1.15pm to see if they had a fridge freezer that could be delivered next week. They very kindly delivered it an hour later. Now that's outstanding customer service. Both the men I spoke to were so helpful. I'll definitely be back. Thank you both so much.
Thank you to all the excellent staff at Towls. Our oven packed in and from entering the shop to the guys leaving having delivered and installed the new one (and taken away the packaging and the old oven) a mere 4 hours. You really can't beat that service. Shop local folks, you know it makes sense!
Can’t fault the help or the advice, best thing was after we brought our heat pump tumble dryer, even though we are happy to pay slightly more to shop locally, we really pleased to find the same model on Amazon for a higher price. Well done all, thank you.
Brought several items from Towls this past year. Always very helpful & knowledgeable about all things electrical. Had a new Fridge Freezer delivered & installed this morning which went without hiccup. Arrived on time and full installation was achieved within an hour. Excellent & professional service. Excellent buying experience. Staff are extremely knowledgable and friendly. They stock a wide range of appliances, and know all about each one. I was offered same day delivery which I happily accepted. They set up, tested and thoroughly explained how to use the appliance before leaving with the old appliance. I unreservedly recommend that you try this shop for yourselves when looking for home electrical appliances. I very much doubt you will be disappointed.
