“I contacted PPM about finishing off works at a property that I owned in Plymouth and now that I had moved to Cornwall it was getting too difficult for me to get too. We agreed on a very fair price and I handed them the keys and left them to it. After the works were completed, to a very good standard, they bought their cleaners in and had the house looking brand new. The keys were then given to Joe in their sales department and within a week I had four offers and accepted the asking price. I can’t thank the team at PPM enough as the whole process was taken care of so professionally and efficiently, it was made so easy and I would certainly recommend both the maintenance team and the estate agent side to everyone.”
