“I went in with a hex screw in my hand. The woman who served me knew exactly what thread and length it was without taking any measurements. That's product knowledge and great service. It's great to have some proper service. This place has loads of tools, hinges, nuts, bolts, screws, window fittings, etc etc. And a coffee machine. Entrance is around the back. Not quite where Google tells you to go.”
