   I bought a Makita SDS at Screwfix in Newton Abbot. I was served by a chap called Alec who was super helpful and professional. There was a small issue but Alec and Steph were incredibly helpful. Thr staff down there are the reason I use Screwfix and not Toolstaion.

   Served by a tall chap, glasses, red hair and beard. Didn’t get his name. Very polite, couldn’t find part of my order (because someone hadn’t put it where it should be, it was left on the manager’s desk) and he was searching for it. It clearly mattered to him that he did a good job, which is precisely what I want to see from employees as a customer. He’s the only reason I’ll be shopping again at Screwfix. Please pass on my feedback.

   I've been in twice in the last couple of days, before I went in I checked online to see if they had the bits and bobs I needed, I wrote down the equipment numbers and went into the local shop, both times it was very quick and easy to get what I wanted, also the staff were very helpful and friendly.

   Great place to buy more professional tools and fixings, its a Counter service rather than a 'walk around' store. Normally by catalogue selection but currently because of Covid-19 walk in and ask for items from a personal employee. Excellent stock items, good quality! Distancing precautions, you need a face mask to enter. Level access and parking right outside.

   Easy parking right outside, small reception area where the catalogue books are all around along with pencils & order slips, think of argos! Orders can be reserved online so easy to nip in and collect or have them delivered if needed. Great stock and selection with prices really competitive.
