   Friendly staff, huge range of DIY and trade building products for all trades. They carry a lot of stock and if they don't have it then they can order it very quickly, even deliver it to your door. They also have a no quibble money back guarantee. Fantastic. One downside. They want your name and address for every sale. What do they do with this information?

   Very unhelpful went in to order some kit off the shelves and was told by an elderly women that without a product code for each item they couldn't help me... Then what's the point in going in a store or even having a store in the first place. Doesn't sound right to me and I think this should be looked into.

   A veritable Alladins Cave of high quality household and hardware items supported by an excellent website and catalogues but at my age with my eyesight a desktop screen or a Tablet is most beneficial. The prices are very good and the ordering, confirmation, updates and, in my case collection is excellent. The staff are always friendly, polite, and efficient.

   Staff are very friendly and are always keen to help. Never really an issue with stock compared to other branches. Click and collect is always really fast and efficient aswell. I've been using them for a few years now and can't fault them at all. Thanks for the good and friendly service. Always a pleasure.

   The most helpfull Toolstation branch ever, great staff and customer service, I would like to nominate Eileen for a customer service award, I had an accident before Christmas and ever since this wonderfull lady has asked me everytime I visit how I am getting on and no matter how small my purchase has carried everything out to my car, she is one in a million, thank you for all your help, unbelievable service.

   I ordered two items on line and the staff were extremely good and responsive to problems that I had with the order. I received the wrong size and style of boot. Your staff member was understanding and very helpful in sorting out a solution to my order issues. I had to visit the store three times to collect my order and the store is 6 miles from my house. I wish to thank your staff for there professional service and hope that you can improve you delivery service as that was the only problem with my tool station customer experience.
