   Not impressed that a lot of items have to be ordered in, especially small items, example, tower bolts, obviously you don't have enough room on site!!!!! The "other" company around the corner keeps items in stock, what's the point of having a counter??? Also don't supply spare blades for Monument autocut for plastic pipe cutter, why sell the cutter, & not spare blades??? Mine is useless now, & they aren't cheap either, especially the 40mm cutter...

   Shiny new store, same old great Screwfix choice. Friendly new team with a few old faces from other stores. One of their first customers to the new store which is bright and airy, but still with the usual smooth service. Makes for a great addition for the users in the north of Plymouth and Dartmoor. One way system, floor markings and safety screen for Covid19 protection.
