   Cameras incorrectly placed in the car park and cover the garage next door. Received a fine from the Screwfix car park for getting an MOT. Screwfix: “nothing we can do”

   This has to be the worst Screwfix I have ever visited, talk about staff who dont want to be there, just standing around, I walked in the other day to pick up and order, there was me and one other customer who was already being served. A memebr of staff walked past me three times, and did not even acknowledge me. The other customer left then the staff member serving him wandered off and started having a conversation about what he was doind after work. Eventually after waiting for 10 minutes I got served, but it seemed like it was such an inconvenience dealing withe public. If you take a job in customer service, expect to deal with people. I will avoid using this branch where possible.

   Always very well stocked so getting bits and bobs for the house or for work is easy. All the staff at screwfix Exeter street are extremely kind, helpful and cheery. Special shoutout to Mark who is always on top form. Mark always makes sure I have been served or if I am checked in, and always brings out my items very promptly with a smile. Great to have the free coffee and doughnuts on a Wednesday at the trade counter. Always ample parking which is great as well.

   I must say it was a very fantastic experience with screw fix very respectful members of staff and very helpful too. The members of staff was very quick with what I got and they said have a nice day which really brightened my day I would totally recommend going to the screw fix in Exeter Street.

   I visited this store for the first time this evening and after I had been to a few other stores for plumbing parts. Whilst I did not find what I was looking for due to being a complete novice at DIY! I must say the team working tonight were lovely. I would like to compliment the very lovely person who helped me this evening. It was a positive customer experience due to walking into a warm and helpful atmosphere.

2. Somewhere Else ★☆☆☆☆

   Not the best to be fair. I assume that the general service offering is trained down from above! I went in asked if they sold drill bits for ceramic tiles? 'Check the book' I was told. OK I will but you do sell them? 'have a look in the book' I was told! You know what guys, I went elsewhere and I won't return, but perhaps not an issue for you. Personally I don't want to be waited on hand and foot but zero effort doesn't get my money. To anyone reading, I can't tell you not to use them as your experience may be better. I hope so.

   Always great service by great helpful staff, really good return policy, so can afford to take extra materials to make sure you have everything on site to complete job. As long as unopened can be returned for full refund. Brilliant makes for an easy life.
