I can only echo other people's comments on how helpful and friendly the staff are in this branch. Having moved house recently it's a godsend to have this store so close and accessible.

Best branch in the area by a mile. Natasha is simply amazing and Josh got to be the coolest chap ever. What a team these two are.... I have to add, Karen, one of the kindest and loveliest people.

Outstanding… Saturday 11th June : 4.30pm. The young lady who served me could not have been more helpful. I needed an adjustable spanner that would get into an very awkward nut. . She got every spanner out they had for me to look at and the one we thought was the best worked first time. I must add that I was a visitor to Plymouth, on a boat, so had cycled to the shop and only had one chance at this. Many Thanks
It's just another toolstation- a place selling DIY and trade tools and materials from a catalogue. You tell the staff the number of the item you want and it's brought out to you. You can also order online and just pick your item up. It's distinguished by excellent customer service. The staff are friendly and efficient, and that makes the experience.
