“I love this place. I've been coming here since its Cannons days 20 years ago. Some of the staff from then are still here and they are all lovely, friendly, fun, helpful, supportive. Kay is quite new, but she is the best! Tim's Spinning classes are SO motivating! And Tyrell's Combat is a killer but so much fun they are worth the hard work! Why don't you do food though? A nice healthy meal after Spinning or Combat would go down a treat.”

Having previous musical experience at a high level on other instruments I found it refreshing that whatever area I am struggling with Chris manages to instantly have simple exercises to show me which helps me overcome the problem at hand. Couple this with the easy going studio environment the he has created makes weekly lessons one of the high points of the week.
