Had a great evening at the Plymouth snowsports centre. We went out to do the ring slides and the toboggan run. The staff member assigned to us, Jayden, was really funny and made the experience better with his humour and conversation. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun activity to do for an evening.

We've been to Plymouth Snowsports Centre many times and always had a great time, especially on the toboggan run, it's been a favourite for our family and the kids always look forward to it. However, today was a bit disappointing. We booked six runs for our 8-year-old twins, only to be told that because of their age, they could no longer ride with an adult (they had early on in the year whilst the same age), they had to go alone. We were hoping there might be some flexibility when we got there, especially as our daughter is only just over 120cm and clearly quite small. Unfortunately, there was no leeway, and she ended up in tears, unable to ride while her brother did all the runs solo. We completely understand that rules are there for safety reasons, but it's frustrating when a 6 or 7-year-old who's bigger than her would have been allowed to ride with an adult. It just didn’t make much sense in this case, and sadly it turned what was meant to be a fun afternoon into quite a disappointing one. That said, the young staff member running the toboggan was brilliant, really polite and understanding. It was clear his hands were tied, and he handled the situation as well as he could.

Great fun tabogganing!! We had 3x runs and could have done 5x easily. Had 5 and 8 Yr old; eldest went on his own and absolutely loved it ❤️

Brilliant place! Great prices and really friendly staff we got about once a fortnight. £30 for a child and adult to spend half hour snow tubing and 3 goes toboggan. Super quiet during the week and we didn’t have to wait around for anything.

We have visited the Snowsports centre many times over the years and have always had a great day with the children. This is why we took my youngest along with his friends for a birthday visit. Unfortunately it went a bit wrong as soon as we arrived. The lady on the desk was rude and unfriendly to start us off. We headed down to snow tube and the lady who was supervising the session didn't appear until 3.05pm (I appreciate its only 5 mins but when the whole session is 30 mins then its more significant). At 3.26pm the boys were told that they had to put their tubes away. My friend pointed out that this was cutting the session short so they were allowed one last run - even then they were off the slope by 3.30pm. We then went over to the toboggan run where one of the boys ended up in a toboggan that wouldn't run properly and caused a 4 person jam on the run. This put a couple of them off participating and the lady was really unhelpful around this issue. All in all I wouldn't bother again - I came home and sent some feedback to the centre but, like with the rest of the day, it hasn't been acknowledged.

Massive thanks to all staff and their effort for the kids camp during the holidays at Christmas 2022. A little extra thank you to Bree, Curtis and Joe who were directly involved with our daughters aged 9 and 6, very attentive throughout bringing them back up to speed when skiing. They are both looking forwards to the next camp when they visit for the day!

Had a great lesson today for complete beginners. Great instruction and had my daughter & I (who had both never been on skis!) confident from the top of the nursery slope within the hour! Thank you!
