“I took my daughter to this from 3 weeks old to 9 months old and it was amazing. Every week is different and full of fun, songs and laughter. People were lovely, I made friends and my daughter loved it. Beth is a disney princess super hero and made everyone welcome. Honestly, get yourself down there!”

“Well what a little find this was! We googled where to find a soft play that was open before school started up again and booked for a morning session. It was so busy, but what a calm and friendly atmosphere. Lovely safe space for the children to play where the staff treated us like family. The wonderful cafe was a nice surprise! A big shout out to Tracy who went above and beyond to make sure our eldest who has SEN had a completely inclusive experience. Other children’s facilities could learn a lot from her knowledge and attitude. We will be back and don’t worry, I didn’t wash this loyalty card!! Much love, Emmy and Chris”

They also had a lot of game related items such as figures and board games and plushes, the staff were friendly and helpful”

“Excellent value £9.99 for 2hrs on a Sunday evening. Great coffee, friendly staff. Young girl with dark hair was particularly great with my 2 young girls, made sure they got a turn on the bouncy trampolines and did backflips with one of them which she loved!! Thank you staff here are always great and interact with the kids”

“We visited for the mini mountaineers+ session with my 3 year old son & 5 year old nephew. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. After the extensive safety briefing, the staff then circled around the climbing areas offering advice, helping where necessary, and generally being great. One of them saw my 3 year old was struggling with the confidence to trust the rope & after he had climbed to return to the mat safely and so he demonstrated it by climbing him self and falling back with the rope safely returning him to the ground, acts like this made the difference. The selection of walls was great, the fact as an adult you were able to be inside the climbing area to help and support your toddler was great. Would highly recommend and this is something we will do regularly. By the end of the session my son was absolutely loving it, he went from being nervous to confident during this one session.”

“Nice clean and hotel quiet hotel room. Very helpful and friendly staff, would be nice if the hotel management put a tip jar for the bar staff etc, paid £104 for the night booked directly, could have paid £90 if booked through a website, would have been nice to pay the lower rate as I was booking direct so no middle men etc. All in all a great hotel and well located with decent staff and customer service, will certainly visit again.”

“Wow. What an experience. My kids loved the soft play and loved the wide selection of things that the kids could do there the cafe service was wonderful and the staff was able to clean my spills and they were also training a new employee and was very helpful and very had working and is a credit in the cafe, he was very polite and quick. Overall, the kids enjoyed everything and the lovely lady at reception was able to book me in very fast and efficient. This was my first time coming and will definitely be coming back due to staff behaviour.”

“Great bowling alley, Variety of balls and the screens for setting up the game are great and never had any issues with them. We love being able to take a photo to put up on the big screens. I reccomend checking the website for the deals they have on throughout the week and booking online before hand as sometimes it can get quite busy. The food is great for the atmosphere, reasonably priced and taste good . The pizzas are ideal if your in a group and is included in one of the deals online for bowling. The drinks are reasonably priced great variety. The arcade is great lots of coin and ticket producing games to choose from. Great for all ages and the prizes are great aswell. The staff make tenpin even better they are freindly and happy to help and always smiling when serving customers helping with issues commonly for us prizes getting stuck in the machines We havnt tried the karaoke or laser tag but would definitely be up to it one day as sure it will be a good time out! Definitely reccomend tenpin”

“Just had Zig Zag the magician at our 4-year-old's birthday party. We had 25 four-year-olds, a handful of younger and older children, and I was honestly blown away by how amazing Zig Zag was. All of the children were glued to him for a whole hour! Honestly, I had my doubts that anybody could keep my little one's attention for ten minutes, let alone an hour, but he proved me wrong and was a party hit. Happy daughter, happy dad! Great work, Zig Zag. Thanks again!!!”
