   We bring our son here a few times a month and he thoroughly enjoys himself. It's good value for money. Today we took him for his 7th birthday party at Jump and we were very pleased with the organisation and especially impressed with Scarlett who was the party host. Please pass on our appreciation.

   Amazing place the kids loved their time at Jump Plymouth. The cafe was really clean and the floor was spectacular. The toddler area was really busy but the staff had it under control. The staff are really nice and easy to talk to.

   Wow. What an experience. My kids loved the soft play and loved the wide selection of things that the kids could do there the cafe service was wonderful and the staff was able to clean my spills and they were also training a new employee and was very helpful and very had working and is a credit in the cafe, he was very polite and quick. Overall, the kids enjoyed everything and the lovely lady at reception was able to book me in very fast and efficient. This was my first time coming and will definitely be coming back due to staff behaviour.

   Nice place for kiddos to burn energy. Needs little more cleaning up, and also can't ignore urine smell from the Food Court and in the play area. Other than that, lovely smiles from helpful staff are always a bonus :)

   I took my daughter here, the food was genuinely disgusting and it cost me £30, i didn’t even eat more than 2 mouthfuls of it so we got an refund. It’s overpriced and i think the entire area is dated and extremely run down i do not think it was worth nearly £20 just for me to be sat there for 2 hours either, the entire environment was just off and over crowded to many people packed in a small area. The music in there was also ridiculously loud to the point where my nephew wanted to leave

   I have found a new level of hell. The noise is insane. Lots of people with kids and it was a bit noisy. The staff were great and need to be paid more just for the fact they have to put up with the people that go there. I have never seen so many potential Karen's gathered in one place. My ears are still ringing.
