“Well what a little find this was! We googled where to find a soft play that was open before school started up again and booked for a morning session. It was so busy, but what a calm and friendly atmosphere. Lovely safe space for the children to play where the staff treated us like family. The wonderful cafe was a nice surprise! A big shout out to Tracy who went above and beyond to make sure our eldest who has SEN had a completely inclusive experience. Other children’s facilities could learn a lot from her knowledge and attitude. We will be back and don’t worry, I didn’t wash this loyalty card!! Much love, Emmy and Chris”

Young girl with dark hair was particularly great with my 2 young girls, made sure they got a turn on the bouncy trampolines and did backflips with one of them which she loved!! “We arrived to see a note explaining no tickets could be bought because of a nationwide outage. We spotted someone who looked like a manager as we had wanted to use vouchers and couldn't use them online. The manager Mike stepped in and helped by giving us tickets. It must've been a stressful day dealing with the issue which was entirely not his fault yet he took the time to help. Vue is, in our opinion, the best cinema in Plymouth because it's really comfortable and cheaper than the opposition. And Mike's professionalism and kindness didn't go unnoticed.”

“Nice clean and hotel quiet hotel room. Very helpful and friendly staff, would be nice if the hotel management put a tip jar for the bar staff etc, paid £104 for the night booked directly, could have paid £90 if booked through a website, would have been nice to pay the lower rate as I was booking direct so no middle men etc. All in all a great hotel and well located with decent staff and customer service, will certainly visit again.”

“Wow. What an experience. My kids loved the soft play and loved the wide selection of things that the kids could do there the cafe service was wonderful and the staff was able to clean my spills and they were also training a new employee and was very helpful and very had working and is a credit in the cafe, he was very polite and quick. Overall, the kids enjoyed everything and the lovely lady at reception was able to book me in very fast and efficient. This was my first time coming and will definitely be coming back due to staff behaviour.”

“Just had Zig Zag the magician at our 4-year-old's birthday party. We had 25 four-year-olds, a handful of younger and older children, and I was honestly blown away by how amazing Zig Zag was. All of the children were glued to him for a whole hour! Honestly, I had my doubts that anybody could keep my little one's attention for ten minutes, let alone an hour, but he proved me wrong and was a party hit. Happy daughter, happy dad! “This is the second time we’ve been to Escape The Game and it’s absolutely brilliant. First time we took a group of kids for an 11th birthday, and this time as a family night out. Everything’s so well thought out and clever and it’s great fun from start to finish. Would highly recommend for all ages!”

Every instructor is kind, patient, friendly and really knowledgeable in developing children’s physical, language and social skills. The sessions are age appropriate for children’s developmental stage and are really engaging and interactive. My children are both extremely confident at running, jumping, climbing and balancing which I truly put down to attending so many Gym Bubbas classes!”

“Cannot speak highly enough of this nursery. The care and attention is amazing and they are such a fantastic team they feel like friends and family to the children and their parents. Both our children went to Bumblebees and after 8 years of dealing with them we were very sad to leave. I love the fact they have always provided fresh food that’s made by their fantastic cook on site every day. The children learned so much and loved going every day. Everyone here genuinely cares about your child and it really makes this such a special nursery.”

“Absolutely brilliant place to visit! We found Pennywell farm when searching for somewhere to visit en route to our holiday park. Even on a wet Monday we still had a fantastic time. There’s plenty of animals to feed in the dry. Feed was available to purchase at the entrance/shop. The goats will definitely make you giggle. From the incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable staff giving talks, to holding a piglet. Both children aged 2yrs old were fully engaged and made to feel welcomed by staff. There’s also plenty of hand washing stations located around the site. The views from the top of the viewing tower give you a 360 panorama of picturesque Scenery which all compliment its truly beautiful location. We loved it so much we returned on the Friday, on our way home from our holiday. If you have the opportunity to pay Pennywell farm a visit it’s well worth it! Thank you to the team at Pennywell farm for building something truly beautiful for many generations to enjoy and making us feel so welcomed!”
