I generally enjoy going to Vue, but the screens are consistently very cold. It feels strange to invest in comfortable seating and then not have the heating on properly - it’s the same in summer and winter. I now make a point of bringing a thick coat, and judging by how many other people are wrapped up, it’s clearly not just me.

Took my elderly mother with mobility issues and a walker to see Downton Abbey. The lift was out of order but the staff ensured she got down safely reversing the escalator and offering reassurances. Above amd beyond and made sure the whole experience was enjoyable and stress free. Will def be back. Mum has not stopped talking of how amazing you all were and how much she enjoyed getting out to the cinema again. Thank you.

First visit last night. Easy to get to, free parking, it is in a safe area. The cinema was clean, the toilets clean, staff friendly, food is the normal cinema food and prices you expect to pay. The reclining seats are great, plenty of room. easy to book a seat on-line. Only downside is, quite a few youngsters running in and out from the carpark to the cinema, playing chase or hide and seek. No one asked for our tickets, so I guess they just run in and out and run around the various screens. It didn't bother me too much, we were all young once. But I am sure it bothered some. It could do with one or two staff members to check tickets or a security guard.

We arrived to see a note explaining no tickets could be bought because of a nationwide outage. We spotted someone who looked like a manager as we had wanted to use vouchers and couldn't use them online. The manager Mike stepped in and helped by giving us tickets. It must've been a stressful day dealing with the issue which was entirely not his fault yet he took the time to help. Vue is, in our opinion, the best cinema in Plymouth because it's really comfortable and cheaper than the opposition. And Mike's professionalism and kindness didn't go unnoticed.

I enjoyed the film Weapons but I cannot understand why there are no healthy, tasty or budget friendly food options. There is so much wasted space, why not a noodle bar for pre film suppers, or at least something to snack on that's not a stupid price? Looking at 15.99 for popcorn and a drink! Ridiculous. Seats did not recline which was disappointing. I was using a Sky free ticket.

Ideal for watching films on big screen, the seats are leather recliners too. Staff are very polite and helpful. E.T.The Extra Terrestrial was great in this cinema.

Not bad by modern multi-screen cinema standards. Comfortable and uncramped. Expensive snacks. Screen sizes mostly average; sit slightly further forwards than you might otherwise be inclined to. Sound system is way off thx standards, but for a multiplex is quite intelligible (mainly the lower mid range is missing to avoid bleed between auditoria). Never had a problem with parking.

The cinema itself is lovely, we haven't been cinema in a very long time, so the seat upgrades were really nice too. The only issue I have which isn't the cinema staffs fault at all. Is people talking during the film, it's the reason we haven't been going because everytime we've gone lately, either people are on their phones or they are talking throughout the film, it's very frustrating. But other than that it's a very nice cinema.

Lots of screens, good customer service, tickets are very cheap for what you get, just pre-buy your popcorn and drink unless you have an extra tenner to spare. Then again, their coca cola is the best you'll find. Offer great range of films and always have something nice on, so with affordable tickets, amazing if you need a 2 hour escape or just crave a good movie. Sometimes even do those cinema concert things which is nice, although never been to one, so can't really comment. Every seat is a recliner, as they very well advertise, and these are incredibly comfy and make the average Β£5 ticket more than worth it. Would definitely recommend booking ahead before you go though, as screens can fill up very quickly last minute. Website could be less glitchy sometimes, but us usually quite easy. Overall, very jolly good stuffs

Actual place is great, big seats and good place to relax with a good film. Nice and clean with good staff. Prices are a complete joke though. I know you can take your own stuff but I like nachos and a hot dog but should he that high of a price. No need at all.
