   The Watermark is a brilliant venue. We have been to various show which were excellent. Parking is very easy, the staff are polite and friendly and the auditorium has good access and visibility.

   Great show last night, Bob Dylan and Joni Mitchell, and our first visit to a lovely venue. The only thing is the uncomfortable seating which is exacerbated for anyone over say 5’ 6” because there is a foot board which restricts the foot and leg room by about 2-3”. It seems unnecessary. If I could’ve got my feet forward a little my knees would have been back a bit and not pushing against the seat in front.

   Came for a quick stop for a drink and some reading. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet but had a nice community feel. Toilets are upstairs and were clean and well kept.

   Watched a great performance of " The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time ", the only downside was that the air-conditioning wasn't working and I'm glad the venue wasn't full as it would have been unbearable. I felt sorry for the performers.

   Went to see a comedian how curtains on here are very strange venue for a live show. Felt like being more in a lecture theatre. Really good show though

   Went here on a Burlesque/Cabaret evening with my partner and found the show to be very good. Everybody within the Watermark were very accommodating. Only bad thing was a bloke beside me kept shouting out to the compere who dealt with him well and the comedian who was very good plus they dealt with him as well. Obviously had too much to drink during the interval. Otherwise it was a good evening overall.

   Everything you need under one roof, library, cinema and café. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Good place to meet up with friends for coffee or lunch. Also they hold live entertainment there with a bar upstairs which can also be hired for private functions.

   Good selection of books for different ages. Also has a good cafe on site. Cinemas shows more recent films now as well compared to previously when they were showing films as they were being released to buy.

   Cinema has a good size screen and a good sound system , staff very friendly and helpful. The seating is very poor, leg room is very tight giving cramps to being forced into a poor seating position. As I do need to have some leg room I will not plan to revisit the theatre. Oh dear, poor reply from the cinema advertising of some sofas which were not available due to popularity, wonder if it’s the uncomfortable seating which makes the few sofas popular. Having worked in a multi purpose venue offering cinema with a seating rake i understand the limits for resolving this and ensuring the seating is suitable for all persons with different abilities and body shapes.
