I visited here a few weeks with my children and as soon as I entered I was welcomed by a lovely young lady called Shana. She is very welcoming and supported my children’s play very well and created a safe environment I would also like to mention the overall time here was brilliant very happy will 100% return back thanks again !!
I wish I could remember the young lady on the reception desk as you walked in, she is a true credit to you. She was welcoming, polite, patient and so helpful. It was my first time with my 2 sons, 2 of their friends and my niece. My son and his 2 friends who have SEN needs. They felt safe and happy the whole time (which was my worry) and are still talking about their best day ever. I could see them from the cafe and they could see me which was fantastic. All the staff on site were so lovely. We can’t wait to come back
Had a fab time at the joey session with my 3 yr old boy. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and overall i would totally recommend a visit. You wont be dissapointed
Excellent value £9.99 for 2hrs on a Sunday evening. Great coffee, friendly staff. Young girl with dark hair was particularly great with my 2 young girls, made sure they got a turn on the bouncy trampolines and did backflips with one of them which she loved!! Thank you staff here are always great and interact with the kids
Great place We booked the family session so my two children (3 and 8) could do a joint session. Staff were brilliant Welcoming atmosphere, the kids loved it and will be back again Toilets Cafe Lockers Super tramp socks can be purchased for 2.50 a pair and reused.
Kids love it every time, staff are great and so are the facilities. The one downside is that it's a bit too expensive to go regularly. More of a special occasion place.
Fantastic birthday party for 6 year olds today. Nothing was too much trouble, party room was great, lots of drinks supplied and left in party room to have during session. Pizza x 3 was great! Kids loved them. Chocolate bar on each plate. Slushie went down well and we had ice cream to finish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be booking again very soon!
Great family run jump area for kids. Cleaner than most jump parks in plymouth, nice little cafe overlooking jumping area. Feels safer for little ones, no area is out of sight. The only negative is its a little pricier than the others, but we always pay it lol. We had a 4th birthday here and it was very successful. We visit a couple of times a month.
Our 8 year old daughter had a really good time here today. The staff are very friendly and there's a cafe you sit in so you can look down at your child bouncing. It was £10 for one hour which is a good price for what you get
