   I had an excellent stay at the Future Inn. The hotel is very budget-friendly while still offering great quality and comfort. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent hygiene standards. The air-conditioning and climate-control system worked perfectly throughout my stay. The hotel also offers a convenient common laundry area at a very affordable cost, which is a big plus for longer stays. The dining area is excellent, with a pleasant atmosphere and good options to choose from. There is plenty of free parking space available, and the location is fantastic—there’s a Starbucks and The Range supermarket nearby, making it very convenient. For anyone visiting Derriford Hospital, this hotel is an ideal choice. The hospital is within walking distance, which makes the stay even more stress-free. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

   Nice clean and hotel quiet hotel room. Very helpful and friendly staff, would be nice if the hotel management put a tip jar for the bar staff etc, paid £104 for the night booked directly, could have paid £90 if booked through a website, would have been nice to pay the lower rate as I was booking direct so no middle men etc. All in all a great hotel and well located with decent staff and customer service, will certainly visit again.

   I paid £62 through Booking mid week after an unexpected hospital visit. November 2025 The hotel is very clean and looks new although it was built 19 years ago. Free parking included. I paid the same price as for two people. The rooms were mainly spotless. There were two double beds. Including bathrobes on the beds. Seperate toilet to the bathroom. A small amount of mould around the bath edge in the silicon. I would have given it five stars bar the fact that whatever glazing they have it does little to block road noise outside. I didn't inspect to see if it was double glazed or not , bit I did think maybe a window had been left open. It had not.

   We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the room—it far exceeded my expectations. You simply couldn’t fault the room’s hygiene. The staff at reception and the room attendants were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The room’s facilities were perfectly adequate for our needs. If I were to offer one suggestion as a guest, I’d kindly ask the hotel to remove the text on the bathrobes, as it could come across as a bit tongue-in-cheek. Overall, a fantastic experience.

   Great centrally located hotel close to Plymouth and the Barbican just a short drive away. Very helpful staff that are knowledgeable of the area and places to see when staying in the hotel. Massive rooms with two double beds with tea and coffee making facilaties. Free parking for residents if you log in to the tablet on arrival with plenty of spaces on large carpark at front of hotel. Breakfast is buffet style and is quick a effecient when you need to get going early. Will be back again soon no doubt.

   We arrived early and unable to book in,. They stored our bags and we went for lunch. The staff were great, especially the waitress in the restaurant. She was wonderful. The staff accommodating as we decided to bring a meal in, and they provided plates and cutlery. Will certainty use Future Inns again Thank you

   Rooms were spacious and well equipped, especially considering the price. Service was quite slow at the restaurant for dinner, but there was only one person serving quite a few tables at the time. Menu was pretty basic for dinner. Breakfast was £12 extra, but was a great selection of cereal, continental style and cooked. Overall, would stay again if I was I the area, as the price was really quite cheap.

   I have delivered dozens of courses at this venue, during which I have seen kind support from all staff. Couple this with spacious and smart conference suites, high standards of cleanliness, easy access and large free car park. It was no surprise that I booked a family birthday bash here. This was a complete success, food was excellent and generous, bar was well run. My personal thanks to all staff especially Ellie for making the arrangements and Elaine for looking after us so well. A dead easy 5 star review. Well deserved.

   I only popped in here to use one of the conference rooms for a couple of hours so can't say much about the rest of the hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful in finding where to go. As the hotel is located right near the main road it has great connections. There are multiple fast food options within walking distance. I doubt I will ever need to stay here but it looked nice enough from what I saw.

   Nice modern hotel towards the outskirts of Plymouth. Very pleasant staff. The room is spacious and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Attached is a nice restaurant. Breakfast was very good with everything you could hope for. Evening meals were equally good, although the drinks prices were high. In all very good.
