“We have been swimming with Puddle Ducks since our son was 10 weeks old, and he is now 3. He has come on leaps and bounds (quite literally!) He is so confident in the water and the focus on safety gives us sense a reassurance. He absolutely loves swimming and it’s something that we love to do together. The teachers are all amazing (and we’ve particularly loved having Carly and Vicki) and are so passionate, they also make the classes so fun. Thank you Puddle Ducks!”
“*** Eye of the Sun God *** We’re a family of 4 (with kids 13 & 11yrs) and this is our 5th escape room… and probably our favourite. Plenty of things to do, fun themed rooms and enough puzzling to keep us all involved and busy. Charlotte, our host, was also welcoming, lovely & helpful (when needed). She even hid a birthday card for one of our kids, which was a fun surprise. Highly recommend this company and this escape room.”
“The staff are brilliant. My 10 year old had no issues understanding what he had to do. He's pushing me to go back already. Free car park outside. 25 minutes on the track for £28.00. You will need to buy (£7) or rent (£5) a balaclava and gloves. We bought.”
“I've been visiting Redpoint every weekend for the past two years. The atmosphere is always great, the staff are super friendly, and the café always has delicious coffee and cake.”
“The best park for miles! We don’t live in bath and often make the trip here, even if not just for the play park. The duck pond and botanical gardens make for an excellent time. The play area itself is always kept well with a huge variety of equipment for all ages. It is also maintained and replaced often when needed. Quieter in the winter and beautiful in the summer. Make sure you take 20p for the loos!”
“I absolutely love this nursery.... My daughter started there in march 2024 & did take a while to adjust to a new setting with new people etc but I cannot praise the staff enough for everything they've done to settle her in. She asks to go now, tells me she's excited to go, always has the best day there & I can see the development in her over the last few months. They provide a really safe, fun environment for her & the other children. I looked at a few nurseries before deciding on this one & it was because of the way the staff interacted & communicated with the children that sold it to me. I would recommend cuddles & care to anyone looking for a calm, fun environment for their children & again, can't thank the staff enough for everything they've done for my daughter.”
“Loved it! Lots of bouldering tracks for beginners, very friendly staff, easy registration and no additional fees for newcomers. We spent an hour here on a Saturday and could probably stay longer if our fingers didn't start falling off, hehe. A nice gym stretching area, clean bathrooms, a cafe, everything you want really. Will come again! Update: got really used to the place, 5 stars:)”
“Great climbing centre, especially for bouldering and groups with kids. Accessible, friendly staff and a nice cafe to boot. Walls are varied and well marked. Free car parking to the front & rear.”
“What a cracking site, blown away by how much you could do. Great team and very well priced. Update Visited again today to buy some bits from the shop. Pretty busy with people enjoying themselves. The guys in the shop couldn't help enough thanks fellas”
“used the pasta donation deal!!!! we ordered the spicy sausage pasta, and the lasagna. the dishes, served by charismatic server ziko, were absolutely delectable and were given to us very quickly!!! ziko’s wonderful service is tempting us to return very soon.”
“Great place. There are lots of different choices where you can decide which to try. It is for all ages both children and adults, you can go with a date or friends. There are facilities for also the people that are not participating in the event.”
“Great, welcoming & extremely supportive”
“We love the staff at KSN. Amira, Sophie and the others in the preschool room are so wonderful with our son and make him love learning. Mariam, Ellie and Charley have been brilliant with our daughter in the baby room. We really rate the staff and have had consistently wonderful experiences, even through times where we know recruitment can be a challenge.”
“Good quality local children's center, staff are great and caring. If you could skip the rush hour this is a convenient place to check childrens helth checks!”
“Had several of the kid's parties here now. They absolutely love it and every time it's been faultless. Love being able to go in/on as an adult too! The cafe is nice for those that dont use the activities. Staff have only ever been helpful and welcoming!”
“Been here once before today, but had some technical issues (no fault of the staff) that were eventually solved. Staff helped all they could, shoutout to Jack. Good rigs, easy to book, and helpful staff. Easy 10/10, will definitely be coming back.”
“An absolutely fantastic experience from the moment we checked in at reception, where the friendly and welcoming staff greeted us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The entire venue was immaculately clean. Our room was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, beds and bathroom were fantastic. The food is of an exceptionally high standard. A special note must go to our waiter in the evening, Aarc. Extremely polite, professional and helpful. A credit to the company. Highly recommend if your looking for somewhere to stay in Bristol”
“Premier Inn Bristol King Street – Perfect Location and Outstanding Service Stayed at Premier Inn Bristol King Street and couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a great hotel in a fantastic location, ideal for a night out or a stag do, with bars, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance. The hotel itself is exactly what you expect from a well-run Premier Inn – clean, comfortable, and reliable, with all the essentials for a stress-free stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. A booking error meant a double room had been reserved instead of a twin, but the team went above and beyond to fix it – bending over backwards to sort out a twin room on the spot and save the booking. If you’re planning a night out in Bristol and want good value accommodation with first-class customer service, this is a top choice.”
“Brilliant Service for our two day conference with almost 40 delegates attending from across the country. The Drawing Room was the perfect space for presentations and working groups, with space on one side for a grazing station and tables for a working lunch. The room was set up exactly as requested and lovely and toasty during a cold November. The team were very adaptable to our ever changing plans and it was very easy to arrange meetings in person as well as liaise over email. The accommodation was gorgeous and everyone was very happy with their rooms. We also hosted a private dinner in the Garden Room, which again was set up exactly as requested with space to network. It ran to our timetable taking into account welcome drinks, speeches and a three course meal. Again it was lovely and toasty for a cold and wet November. And lunch in the brassiere on the final day was delicious. Complements to the entire team. Would highly recommend!”
“My son first started nursery at Bristol Montessori and when he left he didn't speak any English. The teachers were very attentive to everything and within 8 months he was understanding and able to communicate with most English speakers. He has also made tremendous progress in his socialization. Even though my son's nursery is over, he still wants to go there. I'm glad we sent it here. I definitely recommend it. Thank you so much for everything.”
“For all kids up to 12yrs old, reasonably priced and the cafe is well priced too. 2 3 story climbing areas, separate area for football and inflatable, also has a large area fenced off for the wee ones. Big problem in these places is the heat generated but Jump open up the big door and cover it with a mesh to allow the cool are in, brilliant. All in the kids loved it, even got me down the chute.”
“Bought the 2 games + 1 drink Thursday deal (online only) for £10 per person. Had fun and enjoyed the time there. Played pool after for £2 per game. Would go again, have been multiple times.”
“Love this place have many lanes here with 2 vip good place to enjoy with family lovely staff”
“A hotel where you can take your pets! This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, well laid-out and a decent size. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking at the nearby Millennium Square car park is discounted and the buffet-style breakfast is plentiful and delicious.”
“Amazing experience staying here! Staff very friendly and helpful and also non-judgemental (as we turned up head to toe in Halloween gear aha) and no one batted an eyelid. Our room was clean and well laid out with comfy pillows and good room temperature settings. The hotel feels very fancy and well put together and for the price is amazing value for money.”
“We have been to the sensory room at the childrens centre a few times now and it's always kept so clean and tidy. There is plenty for my 10 month old son to play with and the room is secure and baby proof.”
“I'd never been inside until our visit. I'd walked past and peeked in and it always looked really small but I couldn't have been anymore wrong! Huge soft play with a nice little cafe, lots of seating area where you can still see your child, lots of different sensory equipment and slides etc. Big ball pit ,and the baby part was really good too! I have honestly never seen my baby thrive so much in 1 soft play! Reasonably priced too. Only thing I didn't really like was that the lady told my son he had made more work for her by getting balls out the ball pit (didn't sound very jokey) even though we'd literally just got there and he only crawled over to them but a very very minor dislike”
