“I stopped here for the first time as I've always wanted to try it. The pizza was sooo good, as well as the combo juice and the chocolate thing. They have an interesting menu that suits most people. Very kind staff and the cafe gives a welcoming feeling. I will definitely return to try some more things!”
“Incredible Italian Deli in bath with an array of great ingredients as well as some amazing sandwiches made fresh right in front of you. So fresh that you can see them baking the bread before putting the toppings in it! I asked what they recommended and went with the number 3 which came with mortadella, pesto, burrata etc. It was delicious and I wish we had more places like this in Brighton.”
“Took my dad for afternoon tea. So nice and so much food ,we had to bring some home. Delicious sandwiches and freshly baked cakes and scones. All served on pretty, dainty china as afternoon tea should be! Really friendly too. We'll be back again, maybe breakfast next time.”
“delicious, fresh, full of flavour, home-cooked, that's all that describes your food, I've forgotten about chain burger places for half a year now, these are the best burgers in Bristol! I've been there and seen how the owners prepare their orders with love for each customer! When ordering home delivery I enjoy fresh French fries with natural seasoning. I love your home-made sauces, and the lemonade is something! I love this place, I highly recommend it!”
“Excellent roadside cafe / ‘greasy spoon’. Friendly service, good prices and exactly what you’d expect in terms of food. There are even chickens, ducks and Emus on show to keep you entertained while eating!”
“This is a beautiful little hidden gem. We were nearby and put ‘cafe’ into google maps and found this awesome place. We came just before lunch service ended but nothing was too much trouble. The food was perfect, gluten free and vegetarian catered for. Great prices and super chilled atmosphere. Staff were brilliant. Highly highly recommended.”
“Rooted is an all around incredible place for food, the menu is super creative and full of choice! However! Their vegan roast is literally the best roast I’ve had in Bath, and I’d go as far as to say the best roast in the South West, get one, you won’t be disappointed ❤️”
“Such a lovely and calm place with a friendly atmosphere. The food was absolutely excellent!”
“Food here is amazing and very good value for money. I was full from my lunch but the cakes all looked so good I had to squeeze a slice in. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. You won't regret a visit here.”
“This is my favourite coffee shop. The hot chocolate is the best in Thornbury. So good that I am trying to get it stocked in my place of work! Grace and T are such a lovely team working in a Sat. Always friendly, smiley and happy to help!”
“The porchetta sandwhich is to die for, they have different options for fillings etc but even just with the meat it’s so flavourful. They have a variety of italian desserts and lovely coffee too. Michelle and Mimmo are truly fantastic, they make you feel welcome and look after you.”
“Fantastic hidden gem, well worth a visit for the lovely atmosphere, great food and a really nice vibe from the owners. Will definitely be back!”
“The best cafe in Nailsea. Coffee always hot and well made. Breakfast with ingredients of the highest quality. I can’t praise this cafe high enough”
“Fantastic roast dinners well worth the money, really nice cafe with very friendly staff and atmosphere they even have a dog floating around his name is Deacon and he likes beef! We've been around a bit lately trying roast dinners including The Stag, Ring O Bells in Hinton Blewitt, Hope & Anchor in Midford, Castle Farm etc... and this little gem in Batheaston has been the best overall experience out the lot. Me and my father thoroughly enjoy coming here to Cafe 25 and we highly recommend it. Right now we're not interested in trying anywhere else as we've found and settled on this lovely little place. If you do come make sure to show Deacon your appreciation by giving him a little meat and he will be truly grateful. Served by the ever so lovely Kay who is always up for a chat and will make you feel very welcome indeed. Enjoy! Tom & John”
“The food was good and the place was nice enough but what really made it great was the service. The people working there are kind and friendly and did their best to make it an enjoyable experience.”
“We have been at Kestrel court for the past 6 years - The Pure Office staff are friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. The site has plenty of parking spaces and the main receptions offers 121 stations and a place to relax. There are also local shops, restaurants, hotels and café all within walking distances. Perfect spot to run a business.”
“We went on a Friday morning, we don’t live in Bristol but we met my daughter and she suggested going here for breakfast as she does live in Bristol and had heard about it. and we were travelling to London flying to New York. The lady who served us at the till was very helpful and when I asked about gluten free she knew the answers and asked if I was celiac or allergy and noted it on the til. The food arrived and the four of us all loved the breakfast, it is the best breakfast I have ever had. We all said the sausage, the bacon and even the toast were so nice/ the lady who cleared the table asked what we were doing that day and we told her we were going to New York and she was very friendly and chatty with us too. My daughter will definitely go back again with her partner and we will return when we visit them. Amazing food and service.”
“Lovely place, great coffee, and the owners are just the nicest! They always remember my coffee order off by heart which goes a long way :)”
“Absolutely lovely little spot, don't be deceived by the exterior this is a really nice place and the food was amazing. Had the bubble and squeak with cheese sauce, poached eggs cooked to perfection, cheese sauce was very cheesy and tangy and a good consistency. Fried bread as an extra, again cooked perfectly, nice and crispy and not greasy at all. Overall cleanliness was spot on. Would definitely recommend for a nice bite to eat.”
“This is a great venue, it's such a beautiful building. Ideal for a variety of events. A lot of the original features remain, or have been replaced like for like. Much of the original brickwork, and flooring remain throughout the building. The modern meets historical vibe works well for this venue. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Bar staff, reception, front of house, ushers, all make the space feel so welcoming. The lift might have been out of order, but they have a series of contingency plans, and everyone is able to access the venue. A lovely night was had, when 3 of us came to see Rosie Jones. (She was as fabulous as ever) A special shout out to Rowan who was so helpful from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. There were several sets of toilets: Gender neutral Male Female Disabled I used the gender neutral toilets, and as I suspected, was absolutely fine! These toilets are great for single parents and carers of opposing genders, who may need to enter the space. Or, rather bizarrely, someone like me who just needed the loo! More spaces should consider installing gender neutral loos.”
“Really lovely little cafe. We found this place online and loved the look and the vibe. We arrived around 10am and were seated pretty much straight away. Don’t be fooled if it looks full from the front, they do have a few tables hidden around the back. The service was really quick and friendly and the food tasted very good. We had the French toast with bacon and maple syrup along with an order of poached eggs on toast with a side of avocado. The food was served fast but we didn’t feel rushed to eat and leave even once finished we were left to chat until we were ready to go. Overall I’d say this was a great place to stop for brunch.”
“On my way to Celtic manor I stopped in for breakfast. They have and excellent selection of breakfast and brunch items. It was delicious and the service and atmosphere was pleasant. I would believe there pizzas are great too based on the wood fire oven. Definitely would recommend”
“Superb breakfast. Was recommended The Holy Cow by my sister during a visit to Wells, so we stopped by on our way home. We both had the Veggie Delight, and what a delight it was! Fried (or poached) egg, grilled tomato, mushroom, halloumi, wilted spinach, baked beans, home-made hash browns and home-made cranberry and pumpkin seed toasted spelt. All freshly made to order, this ain't no fast food outlet, but a really good example of what a cafe breakfast should be like. We were tempted to share some pancakes for a breakfast dessert, but we abstained. Will have to go back for a revisit next time we are in Somerset to try them out. The prices aren't any different to most places these days, just better food. We couldn't resist taking away a couple pieces of cake. Both gorgeous. Highly recommended. Thank you The Holy Cow team.”
“Great service as always. Food is delicious. The bacon and Brie panini is great. The seating and decor at the back of the deli could do with a bit of a revamp as can feel a bit dingy if you’re not seated at the front of the cafe, but the great food and service outweighs this.”
“Really unique cafe and definitely worth a visit - food tasty too! We had an issue with a food item not being called out on the menu, which my partner was allergic to, but this was quickly rectified by staff. The farm itself is lovely too!”
“Have been going here for years. Beautiful English breakfast which is always served promptly. Incredibly clean and staff are always very friendly”
“Oh my God! An awesome place for breakfast. Found this on Google as it was a 3 minute walk from our hotel. Turned out to be one of the best breakfasts in years... I had a beetroot Pesto avacafo Sandwich - it was AMAZING!!! The flower on top was literally like the cherry on top. Everyone on our table loved their sandwiches and croissants. The vibe of the place was outstanding... Plants for sale and a bunch of lights make it even better. Will be surely coming back if I am in Bristol again!”
“I was served by Greta and had a great experience. She was very friendly and kindly offered to help me choose a drink. I ended up with the peachberry and it was delicious!! Thank you Greta!”
“We had our annual large group booking for a ‘Christmas pizza’ and it was another great evening….thank you! The pizzas were delicious and the staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend!”
