   Now here's a hidden gem, nestled away in the backstreets of Easton next to the cycle path. The hungry amongst you can, for a very modest price, be whisked away on a culinary journey as you enjoy some of the city's most authentic South American food. And just to confirm that you really have left our damp shores, as a patron you'll often be treated to effervescent performances by local musicians whose tunes have an irresistibly strong Latin American twist. Couple with a cold Chilean beer and you won't want to come home. No visit to this unique cafe would be decently complete without sampling something baked by the "Cake Lady".... if like me you want a slice proper cake then don't run off before trying her Chocolate Ganache Cake, or a gently spiced Carrot Cake made by business owner and long standing chef Catalina. Cakes are usually baked every day as they have a habit of disappearing rather quickly. And when you find yourself caked out the salads are sublime and the Empanadas everything you would expect. Cafe 5 is also a community hub in many ways with studios and workshops in adjoining buildings. They even sell locally made pottery.

   A wonderful find, just off the cycle path. I stopped by for a coffee whilst on a walk, and discovered this gem. A lovely atmosphere, authentic South American menu, coffee, cakes and more. The staff were warm and welcoming and said hello to my dog upon arrival. Look forward to stopping by again. Thanks!

   This is on my top ten of favourite cafes to visit in Bristol. Great Food love and passion can be seen in this cafe. Customer service is superb and the food is amazing. Having a good range of cafe food Spanish twist on it and alcohol to choose from aswell.

   We went when the Italians were in the kitchen and had some cibo delizioso! Simple menu with just one main and a few sides, but the main was a buono veggie lasagna so we didn't need much choice. Not often we get out nowadays so we had to get a slice of the famous lemon cake and strawberry sorbet, both perfect for a sunny afternoon and delicious to boot! Nice outdoor seating, friendly service and food price - what's not to like!

   Cibomatto, one of the two businesses that run Cafe 5, is conveniently located near the bike trail in Greenbank. Informal, welcoming atmosphere, good music. They serve Italian food, baked goods, salads and coffee carefully made with local ingredients from small farms and producers. Hosts cultural events every now and then. Pasta workshops also available. Lovely spot!

   We had a brilliant time doing a pasta workshop booked through Yuup with Elisa who was so generous with her time, her knowledge and excellent gelato. The pasta was fantastic and she had put lots of work into making the experience very relaxed and enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed being part of the make, cook and eat together tradition. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who enjoys Italian food, wine and conversation.
