“My favourite London coffee chain and I've now found it in Bath too. Tucked away on the corner of Union Street, this place is in the centre yet has a calm feel. Standard Soho coffee brilliance; great coffee, chilled atmosphere, modern industrial interior and offers student discount. Definitely worth a visit.”

“Just wanted to say the staff here, on a busy Saturday in December, were fantastic. I was visiting for the day from Swansea for the Christmas market, and needed a break. They were extremely busy, but all managed to cope really well, we all polite, friendly and kept the service fast. Tables were being cleaned continuously, there was someone by the door who was making sure people knew the situation with tables, and there to help people, including someone with visual impairment. I was here for about an hour and ordered two drinks, and they had served around 200 customers in that time. Was even offered a chocolate from a box of heroes that a member of staff was handing out. So well done to all the staff, fantastic example of how to work in hospitality and how to work as part of a team.”

“Although tiny in comparison to most motorway services it had all the services you would expect. Top marks as it was clean and tidy, and all staff friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and again none of the litter you can find at similar places. The old services were very grand with the Severn Bridge viewpoint - worth walking to if you have the time and the weather is fine.”

“I don’t understand why this store has only 3.5 stars – it’s well-stocked and has a great selection of products. Today, my partner found a Nolina, a potted plant she had been searching for everywhere, and she’s absolutely thrilled! A solid supermarket with good variety and convenient shopping. Great choice of food, reasonable prices, best garlic butter mushrooms I've had in ages, cool inside when it was baking hot outside, quick service, can order at the table on an app.”

“I recently visited The Shake Lab and was impressed by what they had to offer. They had 4 pre-chosen "premium" options & 14 toppings to customize their classic shakes to offer drinks wise. The Waffle Stix was also customizable, with 17 toppings and 6 sauces to choose from but only aloud to pick 1 topping & 1 sauce for it. I opted for a seasonal shake called the Salted Caramel Egg, which not only looked delicious but also tasted amazing. The service at The Shake Lab was amazing, with friendly staff who were attentive & efficient. Despite being a small shop, The Shake Lab felt cosy and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to grab a treat. The price of my shake was £7.25, which is a bit on the higher side. However, given the quality & taste of the shake, I didn't mind paying a bit extra. The Shake Lab was also spotless, even with customers sitting in, which was a testament to the staff's attention to detail”

“Soho is one of those coffee shops you end up going back to without even thinking about it. The coffee is consistently great but what really makes the place stand out is the atmosphere and the people. Emma the manager clearly runs the place with care. Everything feels well organised, welcoming and relaxed at the same time. The staff are always friendly, attentive and genuinely happy to help whether you are grabbing a quick takeaway or sitting in for a while. It is the kind of spot where you feel comfortable staying a bit longer and you always leave in a better mood than when you arrived. Easily one of my favourite coffee shops. Highly recommend.”

“The staff were extremely accommodating in helping me choose which muffin and drink I would like the most. It was really refreshing to enter a cafe and be greeted with a smile. I ordered a decaf cappuccino and the milk was steamed perfectly - not too frothy, but a nice and creamy foam. I was offered a loyalty card at the till, which I plan on filling up quickly - I will be back again next week!”

“Great Cafe, very busy but the wait to place the order was still quick and was still easy to find a clean table. Had only been sat for a minute and the breakfast arrived. Breakfast was pleasant as was my latte. There was constantly someone clearing tables. Busy cafe but very well run, the best supermarket cafe I have been in by far”

“i’m not one to usually leaves reviews but i couldn’t help leave this one I just wanted to give a special shout-out to Abbie — she’s absolutely brilliant! Every time I visit, she greets me with a big smile and friendly attitude that instantly brightens my day. She’s always so polite, efficient, and clearly cares about making sure everyone gets great service. My order is always spot on, and she manages to stay cheerful even when the place is busy. It’s clear she takes real pride in her work. Big thanks to Abbie for making my coffee breaks that much better — she’s a real credit to the team!”
