Such a lovely place to have a little relaxation before or after a long journey on the train. Staff are so lovely, understanding and always going the extra mile to bring me positive experience while there
I’ve been a few times and woman behind the till is so weirdly moody/angry every time. It’s so bad I felt compelled to state it here. Coffee is fine though…
I visit with a friend for a quick coffee. the coffee was delicious, very good coffee. The atmosphere was lovely. A very spacious place with comftable seating. We sat in a comfortable corner, living room like.

Rude waitress. No hello or your welcome. Snappy responses instead. When I asked for milk politely after ordering my tea she said I had asked for tea without. Which was not true otherwise I wouldn't be asking for milk....left feeling annoyed. Not a good start to my day...remove waitresses to keep business going. Dont do reviews usually, but felt I had to after my visit. Not good
Had one of the food take away boxes today, had the vegan sausage (not a vegan but wanted a healthy dish) tbh it was awful! No taste, I mean it's as if they are scared of adding flavour to the dish, (they are amazing things called herbs and spices) and also dressing for than matter. The leaves tasted like they hadn't been washed properly. Very disappointing to be frank as I was hoping for a full flavoured dish for my long travel. Will not return to this place
Went in for two coffees to go and it wasn’t worth the price. It also seems like the corridor to the toilets is being used as a place to store all of the old and ruined chairs and tables which doesn’t give the best impression. The toilets were quite messy as well; I went in on a Saturday morning and the “cleaning schedule” on the door had only been filled up to Wednesday morning and it showed.
Never been here before I shan't be coming back. Could not hear/ understand the waitress when she was taking my order. Apparently she asked if I was "eating in or taking out" , this sounded like a mumble so proceeded to ask for a soya latte. Because I didn't hear what she said, she shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes at me and slammed her pen on the till! I cannot mock there quickness of delivering the drinks, however my latte was not even full to the top and to be honest looked very shabby and not presentable/ appealing. Over all I'm disgusted at the lady who served me as her attitude and customer service was appalling.
