“I came in to pret today just to grab a coffee and some food after a very...very long week. I don't usually treat myself to nice fresh coffee but why not?. The coffee was delicious i opted for a iced latte which very much complemented the warm day. Although the sun made me smile it was the manager working who made my day just the little bit more special. I believe her name was Chloe and she was an absolute delight. She took the time just to ask me how my day was and if i had any plans and was super lovely to me. I was feeling a little hungry so i wanted to get a pastry. I asked her what her favorite was to which she replied the blueberry muffin and i have to say chloe....YOU WERE SPOT ON!!!. It was really amazing to have been served but such a lovely young lady. She clearly puts a lot of love into that shop and pret are lucky to have someone as polite and talented as her. Cant say the same for most places but i definitely think im going to come back to this place more often. Thank you for your service Chloe and have a fantastic weekend”

“There’s a Subway branch at UWE that I regularly go to, and honestly, the staff there are brilliant. They’re always professional, patient, and welcoming. Even when it’s busy, they take their time, get your order right, and treat you with a genuine smile. It’s become a spot many of us enjoy visiting, whether we’re on a break or just passing by. The food is consistently good, but it’s the people working there who really make the difference. Appreciate the team for their great work and positive energy. It does not go unnoticed.”

“Super happy with my experience here today. I ordered a pumpkin spice frappe with a modification. At first the drink came out a bit too sweet compared to what it normally taste like. I asked sheepishly for the girls to remake it and they did without fuss. The remake was completely perfect! My husband also tried a new drink, the ice oat brown sugar espresso and it was divine. Thanks so much for taking the time to make sure our drinks were spot on! £11.75 is a lot for two beverages so it's nice to know they are happy to make it perfectly.”

“I don't understand all the negative reviews. This cafe is a very pleasant experience. We were served by Clara who was excellent. After sitting down, she brought our coffee and food quickly with a warm smile, wished us a good day and checked if we needed anything else. Coffee is great. Atmosphere is busy but buzzy. I will definitely be returning.”

“It has now become a seriously good gym...we went to the new Pure Gym for 3 weeks ..showers never hot...only 6 spin bikes...(although they were much better than the very old ones at Parish)...at £28 per month including classes, swimming, off peak badminton you can't go wrong.”

“Really huge but cost feeling Caffe Nero. The opening hours are fantastic and the decor is welcoming. Lovely kind staff, really amazing soya hot chocolate and ok vegan Christmas panini. Definitely recommend going to this Caffe Nero. Right next Bath spa and the bus station.”

“The staff are progressively turning this once fine peaceful cafe into their own play area. Not somewhere any more for a quiet coffee , a read, and a respectful chat. Neros make a play on being a traditional coffee house. They were; this isn’t. Sad. Three days later. What a difference. Well done Tom. Endeavour to persevere.”

“Attended the European Kempo championships here recently. It's a great venue, with great facilities and the centre was clean and well serviced. Just one little, little thing was it would have been great if the cafes were at full operation levels as it have a profitable spell for the centre. We had to go and get drinks and food so think they missed a trick. GREAT PLACE”

“Amazing act of kindness this cafe offered My daughter after bumping her elbow whilst on her scooter. We stopped at the cafe for an ice cream to help dry her tears. I had left my wallet in the car. The gentleman who was very welcoming heard me talking and gave my daughter an ice cream as a goodwill gesture. I will definitely be returning to pay and enjoy the quiet garden surroundings for a coffee soon. J”

“Although this inside the Next fashion store, the layout is very good wrt Covid requirements. Also unlike other Costas nearly all people observing the wearing of Face coverings. Staff very friendly and helpful cleanliness is excellently applied. Nice relaxing place to sit and enjoy the food available and the excellent coffee.”

“Dean and his staff are amazing. I always have a laugh with them and a chitchat if they have time. Otherwise, it's just a quick hi and go. Coffee is always good ,food varies to your taste buds. As for people saying about prices , it's a costa so what did they expect. The team don't make the prices they just serve and smile. Keep up the good work all.”

“The place was aesthetically pleasing, I visited Bath for 3 days and on my last day there I tried this shop, for an afternoon tea, as I was tired strolling around the town. There I was, resting and I tried their biscoff cupcake and a pot of tea. It was a nice experience, they just seemed a bit lack of staff, there were only 2 of them, and it was a bit busy, the other one felt like she was new. Other than that it was a good experience.”
