   World's slowest drive thru. Only 2 cars in front of us and it took over 20 minutes to get 2 identical drinks! When we got to the hatch, I watched one of the girls (young blonde, high ponytail) spend 5 minutes just to put a lid on a drink. She did not seem to know what she was doing and offered no apology for the amount of time it took to get a drink.

   Soft almond croissant with no slug of almond inside it. Expensive at £15 for two plus two cappuccinos. I thought the new ceo said Starbucks needed to improve. It hasn’t.

   Clean & quiet. Staff friendly and the quickest service ever received at a Starbucks, even with extra request. Better than the busier one in the services but they do have a note stating currently reduced hours, so worth a check before going.

   Awful experience, the barista at the drive through counter was so rude. We waited at the speaker for awhile and nobody asked our order. We assumed it was broken and went to the next counter. The barista then told us it was indeed working and we would have to go around again. What a waste of our time, but this is a Starbucks so what else do we expect.

   A friendly experience every visit, staff are always smiley and helpful. Expect to spend between £5 and £15 for a coffee or coffee + sandwich, not cheap but we are in a cost of living crises and Starbucks aren't exactly responsible for that! With the above in mind I'd say every visit goes as well as one could hope, consistently nice coffee served with a smile

   Starbucks have built a coffee shop away from the main service area.. however there is one there too. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and I had a lovely coffee made from the blonde roast...which was pleasant, with no bitter aftertaste.

   i find it hard to find fault with Starbucks because their coffee and atmosphere is normally very good. just want to point out two things about here. at one point i was the only customer standing in the building. three servers standing behind the counter. and alot of the tables were in need of a wipe. lord onky knows what the place would look like if they were busy. and price. we all know when tiredness creeps up and we pull into a service station in need of a little fresh air. maybe a short walk and some coffee. flavoured coffee is over four pounds. for a cup of coffee. just pointing this out. wheb did a cup of coffee exceed four pounds.... other than that. was served with a smile and discovered a very cumfy sofa outside.theres toilets within the building. a drive thru and small car park. its a good location behind the petrol station meaning you dont have to drive into the service station car park at all. opening times are Monday to Sunday 6am till 8pm. if this helps you in any way please press the like button. good luck
