I stopped here for a chai latte and found it soooo spicy I had to walk all the way back into address the problem or pour it away. When I spoke to the older lady would made it she said in a tone I'd describe as irritated and patronising, "well why didn't you ask for just one pump." Confused I explained that I was not a trained Costa barriats and had not watched them making my drink, therefore how would I know to ask that? This was met with verbal silence and a precussive series of cup slams as my drink was adjusted, not remade, just poured out and topped up with milk. I began using the drive through but notice that things are still wrong but I'm 5miles away before I notice. I do believe Costa coffee is hideous.
Called in on a very busy Saturday lunchtime .The staff were working extremely hard and serving customers very quickly .Our barista William was very friendly and recommended the nicest seasonal coffees expertly made by himself and a colleague .Great service and great coffee.
A very large Costa. Great selection of food, snacks, pastries, and of course, excellent coffee as always. It’s busy but well organized, with friendly staff. This Costa also has self-ordering machines, which personally I don’t like – I prefer interacting with the staff.
A rather good coffee, soya milk flat white, milk not too hot. Definitely one of the better motorway coffee stops.

They are brilliant. Staff are friendly and polite. Every where was clean and very hygienic. Spot on.
The latte was good as it always is in Costa and the assistance was polite but this is in a motorway services so the so the ambiance was not the best
Coming back from The Brecons and stopping at the service station it was very busy so tried the Costa Drive Through. Very fast service and because I mumbled into the tannoy Bethan waited to confirm my order, fast but chatty the two young ladies were. Bethan and Ayse thank you very much. Regards Phil
We had a very pleasant stop at these services. All the staff at Costa Coffee were especially welcoming. James took a lot of trouble to explain the deals available with my Costa loyalty card and how to incorporate it on my iPhone.
