I thought the selection of drinks, cakes were very nice but the manager (I'm assuming) is not welcoming, very abrupt. I've visited the shop twice after my friend mentioned she enjoys it there (after our recent visit even she won't be back I don't think) It's disappointing really as it's a nice shop, just a shame about how the manager treats customers and her staff (this time she shouted across the shop to make sure her staff mopped the kitchen, I don't think the rest of the shop needed to hear this) I fully recommend Latte Art on the main road in Magor, really friendly staff and equally lovely coffee, cakes, sandwiches.

Pleasant cafe with great coffee, but the Coffee and Walnut cake (usually my favourite) didn't seem to have any coffee in the sponge, only in the rather sweet icing. Basic but comfortable chairs and no hassle to buy more or leave. Very clean toilet facilities.

Absolutely stunning little find. Found quite by accident while on a quick hike. Beautiful little village with lots of shops and amenities. Mia's is a perfect blend of modern convenience coffee shop with small town smiles and service. Definitely worth stopping by. Thank you

Fab café that does great coffee and one of the best full breakfasts I've had. In the pretty village square in Magor, worth making a detour to visit.

Great little cafe. Food quality is really good and reasonably priced too. Tried lots of things on the menu now and they are all great. Well worth a visit.

Excellent local cafe. New business going strength to strength with experience. Excellent cakes! Ignore bad feedback from people trying to blag free second pots of tea.

Very little atmosphere and lack ambience, uncomfortably cold with no heating on and all looks bit bare inside. Food ok though.

Nice cakes, some feedback is that it would be good to have some heating on as it can be a tad chilly in there, and bit of quiet music or radio in the background would be great to give it some atmosphere :)

When out cycling we often use this cafe, one of our favourites. Today 7 of us went for coffee and cake, the new owners seemed very pleasant and the flapjack was very good. So why only 3 stars. I always have a pot of tea, and with no problem, all cafes apart from this one always top the pot for me. The owner was adamant she would not do it. Its a shame when a new business is trying to get going, to loose customers.
