Fantastic place for gluten free options. Went for Sunday lunch, ive never seen so many gluten free options for dessert! Had the beef, and gluten free crumble, will definitely be returning to experience the other menus they have on weekdays.

Excellent service from delightful young waitresses. All smiley and full of personality. Great girls. Food was delicious. We all cleared our plates. My sea bass fillets were perfect. Excellent value for money, even the wine which is often extortionate. Will definitely be back.

Food & presentation was good, got the pea soup & fries + a pud as just wanted something small. Servers were lovely & very attentive. Outside looks like it’ll be nice in the summer. Interior furniture & carpet could do with an update but, granted, that’s just personal taste. Great prices.

Booked a table for lunch with my dad, husband, daughter and 2 dogs on a Saturday lunchtime after searching for somewhere fairly local to eat on Google. What a great find! Lovely place, friendly staff and good very reasonably priced food. 2 courses for £14 or 3 for £18.50, and portions were very generous. Would definitely come back here, dog-friendly is a bonus as well!

Starter: Soups are always excellent! Main: Pork was slightly too chewy and quite thick cut slices. Veg, gravy and side superb. Dessert: Raspberry and passion fruit cheesecake. Served in tall glass was inventive, but more mousse than cheesecake texture. Could have had more flavour. Wine: Red Malbec was superb! Service: 10 out of 10

My father and I had lunch here a couple of weeks ago. The staff were very friendly, and the service was pleasant, but they do seem understaffed for this time of year. Our lunch was slow, the starter took about half an hour and the main then took over an hour to arrive and wasn’t as good as the last time I visited. Maybe it was because it was December, with a mix of Xmas parties and larger tables to serve etc, meant they were all under pressure. I would go back again as I’ve eaten here many times before and it’s always been pretty good from a menu with a good variety of dishes, so hopefully this was a one off.
