We have eaten here several times this year mainly with friends and family. Great vegan options. The vegan scampi was amazing but it sold out. The fried cauliflower is still delicious and is a great replacement for the vegan scampi. What would be delicious would be some vegan sweet dishes like apple pie or crumble.

I was on my own and having never visited before, I entered via the spiral staircase at the top level, not knowing there was a level entrance below! You order and pay at the till. I luckily had a seat indoors, by the entrance, at a table for 2, facing the pier. Best seat in the house in my opinion, especially if on your own. as what a view! The service and food was outstanding, generous portions, and delicious coffee. The waiting staff checked that everything was OK with my meal. I had no complaints at all. It did become very busy and by the time I left every table was taken. I'm glad I arrived relatively early. (12.15ish) I have recommended it to friends and family if they are in the area.

What a wonderful glass box at the start of the pier! Nice happy staff. Clean facilities. Beautiful fish and chips. I loved the pea tops but my partner longed for peas!

Popped in for a quick cuppa with 2 friends after an early morning run, as we discovered it was free to go in before 10am. (Normally have to pay to access pier) Tea/coffee was served in glass mugs which is a personal pet hate, and the coffee was not that good. We were told by a different member of staff to the one who served us that "whilst they'd love to see us again" they were only open for breakfasts at that time. There was no signage to this effect, and had we been told this at the till, we would have either ordered food, or gone elsewhere. (Tiffins across the road serve much better drinks in a friendlier atmosphere!) I don't feel there is any need to make customers feel uncomfortable in this way. Two stars only given as I liked the glass roof to the cafe and our original server was good at sorting out my drink when they didn't have the tea I ordered.

The staff went above and beyond for my mum and dad’s Anniversary. Fish and chips and mushy peas. Lovely and hot and fresh tasty and plentiful seeing as we had to change our booking to takeaway last minute! Greeted with a smile the staff were very welcoming and helpful. My mum and dad absolutely loved their meal and it made their day which I was very grateful for as they had been having a traumatic few weeks with my dad being poorly. So thanks to ‘The Glass Box’. We have eaten here since and again were greeted with a warm friendly welcome. Nothing is too much trouble! We had Brie and Cranberry toasties. Beautifully prepared and perfect portion size we will be visiting this place again in 2023 for sure!

The Glass Box is a jewel of a restaurant set in a perfect location looking down Clevedon Pier. But to add to this, the food is lovely! Tasty, hearty food, well cooked and served well. And after your meal ... A walk down to the end of pier perhaps? Perfect!

A great selection of food on offer. Has a wheelchair lift to get downstairs to toilets and the porthole room with interesting A/V sideshow of pier history.
