βHighly recommend Bristol Residential Letting Co & big thank you to Lucy for all her help in finding temporary accommodation for my mum. It was easy to book in a viewing & Lucy had lots of patience in showing us around & answering all of mum's questions (after living in the same house for 40 years, this temporary change was big) It's great to know the team are there if needed and at the end of the phone for any questions or problems. Many thanks again!β
βRob was early! Very efficient and did the job very quick! Will use him again and recommend him to others. Kazβ
βLewis Short was excellent at engaging with me. He showed a genuine interest in my circumstances and helped give me options of policies. I would highly recommend reassured, they are professional, courteous, they pick up the phone when you call and they will call you back. Very efficient. I would use them again.β
βWe had a fantastic stay at Gordon's. Immaculate rooms, great breakfast and such attentive staff! As a vegan they accommodated me with both breakfast and oat milk for coffee and cereal. We have no hesitation in recommending this and hope to return in the future.β
βFive star stay for our dogs they love it here. Staff are superb with great facilities.β
βJosh and his team were extremely professional as well as personable. Viewings were carried out soon after the property was marketed and a new tenant secured within 2 weeks. Communication was regular throughout the whole process. We wouldnβt hesitate in using The Bristol Residential Company again.β

βVery nice hotel room. We had a twin which was on the second (top) floor. We hadnβt realised it was part of / above a pub. Our stay was midweek so it was quiet, it may not be at the weekends as we were above the street and entrance. Excellent service, nice room with little welcome gift. Nice and central for a visit to Bristol.β
βHad an amazing time!! Great location and the apartment was incredibly clean and modernβ
βWe have been at Kestrel court for the past 6 years - The Pure Office staff are friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. The site has plenty of parking spaces and the main receptions offers 121 stations and a place to relax. There are also local shops, restaurants, hotels and cafΓ© all within walking distances. Perfect spot to run a business.β
βWe recently purchased our property through Knight Frank, Tori was our agent. She was incredibly responsive and helpful, we were on a tight deadline to complete before stamp duty and her coordination and help ensured we completed in time. We would certainly recommend Tori and Knight Frank's services again to anyone we know buying or selling a house.β
βI've had the opportunity to work with estate agents for buying and selling on multiple occasions, and I must express my genuine satisfaction with the experience I had while purchasing a house through Mark Templer. Despite my house purchase taking approximately five months to finalize, this delay was solely attributable to unforeseen complications on the seller's side. Throughout the entire process, I primarily interacted with Jake, Craig, and Nataly, who were directly responsible for managing my purchase. Every interaction I had with them and Sandra left me thoroughly impressed, as they consistently exceeded my expectations by promptly addressing any inquiries I had. What truly sets the Yatton branch team apart is their close-knit and familial approach to their work. It's evident that they genuinely care about their clients and are committed to delivering exceptional service. This dedication was evident not only during the transaction but even after the completion of the purchase. To my surprise, they went the extra mile by personally visiting me with a thoughtful card and a bottle of wine to extend their warm welcome. In summary, my experience with Mark Templer and the entire team at the Yatton branch was exceptional. Their commitment to their clients, proactive communication, and personalized gestures truly set them apart in the realm of estate agents.β
βReally great service and food in a lovely location. Mid-size hotel in beautiful old classic Cotswold manor house. Nice gardens for a stroll. Very relaxing as is surrounded by farmers fields. Small plates restaurant was v good. Particular shout-out for the service which was friendly and welcoming.β
βRyan has been so helpful in assisting us with our move and making sure everything is good to go. He's been super patient when it comes to all of our questions and has been extremely postivie, knowledgeable and responsive, helping us at every stage. Can't recommend him enough.β
βLucknam Park is honestly one of the most beautiful hotels Iβve ever stayed at. From the moment you drive up that long tree-lined road, it just feels special. The setting is stunning, peaceful, and everything about it makes you instantly relax. Our room was gorgeous , cosy, elegant, and full of character. You can tell every detail has been thought through, from the bedding to the scent in the room. The spa is next level. The hydrotherapy pool, the outdoor hot pool under the trees, the thermal rooms , everything is spotless and beautifully designed. I had one of the best massages Iβve ever had in my life, and the staff there genuinely care about how you feel. The foodβ¦ wow. Every meal was incredible. Breakfasts were perfect, and dinner was honestly Michelin-level , rich flavours, beautifully presented, and made with proper passion. The service was flawless , friendly but never over the top. Itβs rare to find somewhere that gets everything right , the food, the spa, the atmosphere, the people β but Lucknam Park really does. Itβs peaceful, romantic, and feels like proper old-school luxury without any stuffiness. We left already planning our next trip back.β
βMy partner and I booked a stay here in September 2024 for his birthday weekend. From the initial phone call I was impressed with how accommodating they were. I have various dietary needs and usually going away anywhere is quite stressful, however the staff here put my mind at ease immediately. They had multiple options for me to eat at breakfast and the evening meal we had was delicious! In hindsight we should have eaten here on both evenings as the food is amazing! The room was lovely, warm, clean and nicely decorated. The hotel location is perfect for walking through Tintern itself and equally for a short drive to Chepstow. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Grace was very attentive, always checking in to reassure me about my food choices and to check that we were happy with everything. We would love to stay here again, perhaps with more time to explore further afield this time!β
βGreat location ! And a lovely modern, clean apartment . We had a fabulous stay - Bristol has so much to offer . Highly recommendedβ
βHad a really good experience viewing a property in Patchway with Gemma Harasim from Westcoast. Sheβs excellent at her job and it really shows β she walked us through every part of the house, pointed out details we wouldnβt have noticed, and made the whole process feel smooth. Super friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the area!β
βWe stayed for 2 nights at The Yard after our wedding and it was great. The location is fantastic and very central which makes walking to the city centre easy. The rooms are nicely finished and clean with a great bathroom. Really comfortable beds and in a very quiet location too.β
βI've only stayed for one night but I was very happy with choosing this place. It is clean and the room was lovely. The staff was very nice. If ever in Bath again, I will consider staying here.β
βWe were warmly greeted when we entered this super country pub/hotel - it looked so inviting as we passed a couple of times - especially at night as every effort has been made to get in the Christmas spirit! Chad showed us to our table and took our drink orders - I had a delicious 'Butty Bach' and my wife, an Amstel. We ordered Fish and Chips and a Baked Camembert. Having had Fish and Chips at a local 2 Rosette restaurant two nights previously that was really disappointing, we were keen to love our fish and chips again. It was outstanding! Fully of flavour and perfectly cooked. Care was taken to present the baked camembert with a festiv touch and was equally outstanding. We left very happy. Thanks to Chad for looking after us - in fact, the whole team were very welcoming!β
βOur two dogs stayed here last week whilst I was on holiday and they looked to have absolutely loved it. We were kept up to date with how they were doing and the staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy. Definitely recommend and will be leaving them there again without a doubt.β
βWe held our wedding here, 26 people - the whole experience was outstanding. The castle is obviously very beautiful- it is also maintained so well, and rooms full of lovely touches. Staff are always friendly yet unobtrusive, helpful and efficient - special thanks to Sophie for always being calm and amazingly helpful. The food was wonderful, over all our visits and the wedding itself.. Our day was so very special here!β
βHotel is excellent, rooms emaculate, so clean. Every detail taken care of beautiful soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also, have hairdryer and straighteners which was brilliant. Staff absolutely wonderful. We also, went to Diner and food and service fabulous. Would highly recommend. Thank you so muchβ
βWe find the hotel very good. A few minor things stopped us giving 10/10 in all categories. 15 mins easy walk from Temple Meads station. We didn't eat there this time however we have in the past and the food was excellent. The reception staff are very helpful and there is a nice relaxing atmosphere in the bar. Overall very good. Will stay again no doubt!β
βBart was an amazing server. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. The food was tasty flavored well and tender. I got the cod plate with kabocha and potatoβs. Also the mini dessert drink was a perfect ending to our meal. If you visit this place you must try the salted Carmel profiteroles. We will be back!!! Thank you for a lovely evening.β
βHomewood hosted our wedding in August this year (2025) and I couldnβt praise them enough. Lucie, our events manager, was incredible and supported us so much throughout all the planning. The weekend of the wedding, the team were incredible, nothing was too much to ask and they really looked after us and all our guests. It really was the perfect venue for us and we cannot wait to go back each year for our anniversary. Thank you so much Homewood team, you really helped make our wedding day perfect! βWe had a wonderful 2 night stay at your hotel. Hotel was great, staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Location was great. Bus stop at the bottom of the drive which every bus went into city centre. Thank you to all the staff.β
β6/5 All. Day. Long! Royal treatment from arrival to departure. Itβs the little things - name placard on door, beautifully presented gifts on the bed, warm welcomes from every single staff member, gorgeous grounds and perfect cocktails and a lovely breakfast made this stay absolutely incredible. Walk everywhere (ok β¦ downhill - but then just Uber up!) I felt bathed in luxury the entire time I was there. Large, well appointed rooms. Luxurious bed and bedding! And, very serene. Go live your own Bridgerton moment! You deserve it.β
βWe cannot fault our stay at Hotel Indigo, Bath. We were greeted so warmly by Emily & Alberto. Our vaulted room was incredible!! It was spacious, clean, comfortable & it had the biggest bath tub we've ever seen!! The hotel is located close to the city centre & was only a short stroll to the famous Roman Baths. In the evening, we spent some time in the bar & had some delicious cocktails. Check-out was quick & easy. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Indigo, Bath & we are definitely looking forward to staying again one day.β
