Cosy room, comfortable in a good location. Beds are really comfortable with 2 types of pillows to choose from. WiFi was good and the location is good, as long as you have a car (there is free parking) or use a taxi. Going to the city centre on foot is half an hour away and is downhill, but going back is not very easy! I would prefer to have bed sheets instead of a autumn/winter duvet in August! However, I removed the duvet from its cover and just used the cover and it was ok. Price was high for a night but justified for the area and time of the year. Photo is from the corridor.

I've only stayed for one night but I was very happy with choosing this place. It is clean and the room was lovely. The staff was very nice. If ever in Bath again, I will consider staying here.

We had an excellent stay with delicious varied breakfasts. Catering for different diets with attention to detail. Clean comfortable rooms. Sue and her staff do a great job.

This pitches itself as a 5 star boutique hotel (that's what the sign says outside) and to me it isn't that. It's the world's best B&B. The food is excellent, the staff are attentive and the place is spotlessly clean. There are three grades of room determined by bed size and we went for the middle one. I am 6 ft 2 in and couldn't stand up to use the loo in what was a very small bathroom and there wasn't much hanging space. We got back at around midnight and the bar was closed so no option for a nightcap. None of this may matter to you and it was certainly full of happy customers and seems to be able to command a decent price for the rooms.

A little outside of Bath centre, but 2 buses into town (10 -15minutes). On site parking, ample gardens, Lovely clean rooms. Continental breakfast with lots of choice. Cooked breakfast extra, but worth it. Relaxing lounge, with a range of drinks served in crystal glasses. Well worth every penny.

A very lovely hotel just on the outskirts of Bath. It's a lovely half an hour walk by the river and a quick £10 taxi back! We were greeted by a lovely team. Showed us round the house and to our room. Which was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great, it's just a shame you have to pay extra for cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
