   We recently sold our house in Yatton, through Mark Templer. The service they provided was outstanding. Special thanks goes out to Harriett, Jake, Craig and Sandra, who were all majorly involved in the process. From the initial visit and valuation, to viewings and dealing with the entire sale process, they were amazing every step of the way. Our chain became more complex over time, with links added in at both ends. The whole situation was more complex as were moving to a different area. The team at Mark Templer did a fantastic job of dealing with all parties in the chain, such as buyers, sellers, other agents, solicitors and surveyors in all parts of the chain. We had concerns throughout the process, but there was always someone on hand to allay our worries and make us feel like they had our backs. The put an incredible amount of effort into issues related to our onward purchase, not just our sale with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling/buying a house. They have your back every step of the way, and they are lovely people too!
