And Samantha supported us more than we imagined possible! She found out information when the solicitors were hard to get hold of. She gave us continuous updates and was ALWAYS at the end of the phone / email. Right from the beginning, we liked Samantha's warmth and she felt very genuine. We were really pleased with the photos and videos took of our home, they showed the house in the best light without being misleading.
