We were met at the appointment by Ryan who showed us around and was very knowledgeable about the sale. I immediately decided I'd like to buy it so arranged for Ryan to value my bungalow. We contacted them on Monday, pictures were taken Tuesday, property wet live on Wednesday, had a viewing on Thursday and an offer on Friday. Other viewings were on the cards but we didn't need them.
