Sally took very good care of us during our rental in Cardiff. Quick to respond to questions/issues, with a pragmatic and reasonable approach to things. When various friends have had bad experiences with their agents in Cardiff, we felt really lucky to be dealing with Sally/Simpsons.

It is a small business but with top quality service, no doubt. They don't have many listed properties but each of them are with reasonable price. They are unique in the sense that they have got great values when it comes to keeping a healthy relationship between tenants & Landlord, they totally focus on quality, relationship and communication. A lot of Agents these days focus too much on the number of properties they can manage whereas they make sure they retain that personal touch when it's comes to customer Relation services.
Simpson Estates have provided, by far, the greatest service of any of the 6 or so letting agents I have used in the past. From the quickly-arranged viewing it was only 6 days before I had moved into the flat I am now renting. During my years in the flat, Simpson Estates acted quickly on any issues with the accommodation (of which there were very few) and they were very understanding and proactive regarding maintenance of the property. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful to the extent that communicating with them was more akin to a friendship than the cold and tedious conversations typical of a letting agent. The small nature of the business affords them a truly personal touch and I will certainly miss working with them. I would definitely recommend using them and would continue to do so myself indefinitely if it was possible.
