   What a wonderful team of people, Sam has been brilliant with everything, with every query answered and the maintenance team were absolutely brilliant, Kash was there ASAP when needed and the team of builders and plumbers were ever so helpful as well. Nothing was too much for the Jupiter team and I can't recommend them enough.

   I rented with Jupiter for 2 years a while ago and they are helpful and maintenance issues were sorted when needed. My deposit was returned right away and they even helped me with proof of tenancy agreement from 6 years ago which I didn't think they would have a record of. Lifesaver would totally recommend!

   Most untrusted property agents in Cardiff. They will just confuse you by giving many dates and finally tell you that "they don't have properties to rent or ask you for typical documents which you can't have". If you are an immigrant I will never recommend you this at all. How UK government is providing permissions to these kind of agencies....

   I have rented a flat with Jupiter for three years. They have always been incredibly helpful and reasonable. Maintenance issues were almost always sorted out on the next day. Results of the move-out inspection were extremely reasonable. And the deposit was returned immediately on the day without any delay. They are the best letting agency out of four that I've used in Cardiff. Highly recommended.

   I have been with 4 agencies in Cardiff and it's easy to say Jupiter have been the best so far. They are always personable and friendly. Issues were resolved, although one issue (spotted in the initial flat condition inspection) took too long to resolve, as soon as I reminded them that it hadn't been sorted it was resolved quickly and to a very high standard. The flat itself was very good quality and the staff have always been helpful and flexible to provide the best service they could. They are the first agency I'm leaving without anything negative to say and would have stayed with them in another property if circumstances had been suitable. I would happily sign with them again if circumstances allow in the future. Thank you Jupiter team, I will recommend you to anyone who asks in future.
