   Ashi properties are just phenomenal!!!! They are super professional, and have been incredibly helpful with any issues that I've had within the property. They have done so much work to the property, including re-insulating the external walls. You can clearly tell the landlords care about maintaing their properties. The rates of rent are fair for the area and as I am renting more long term they have not raised the prices since I've moved in (two years ago!) They are the best letting agents I have ever used and would highly recommend using them!!!!

   Well priced property in a good location for students, maintenance very helpful with any issues, kind people any time I interacted with them and, despite taking a few weeks, I was happy with the deposit returned. Definitely one of my better renting experiences.

   From the first day, I and my wife contacted one of Ashi Properties' agents regarding a studio apartment we were interested in, He was very professional, polite and gracious in the way in attended to me. Upon moving into the apartment, the agency responded promptly to our requests whenever there was a fault in the property. Even when we decided to move out, they informed us before time about potential viewings and ensured that our privacy was guaranteed. Ashi properties are truly an excellent lettings and sales agency and we recommend them to anyone seeking to rent an apartment in Cardiff.

   Rented with them. Overrated and overcharged for a mediocre place. Didn't get more than half my deposit back. Horrible speed of service and hospitality. Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Tip: there are many other lettings on the same road. Try any letting that is on the same road. Edit 1: It's the 14th of December 2020, I haven't received any mail or call regarding the money I was supposed to receive. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Walk in to literally any other lettings agent on the same street but not these guys.

   DO NOT USE IF STUDENT - My girlfriend and her friend (2 girls) stayed in a property (flat, 2 bedrooms) for a just over 3 months but was forced out of the property due to lockdown measures . We returned together to the property 3 months later to clean and left it in mint condition after removing all remaining items out (all fees and rent were paid on time during the time not spent at the property). They were expecting a full return on their deposit but were greeted by the most unwelcome of sights during the mits of a global pandemic, a nearly 50% deduction of their initial deposit claimed to be for ‘cleaning fees’ and a mark on a table that once research was valued at £15. Please correct me if I’m wrong but charging £300 to clean a 2 bedroom flat is a little steep, if not I’m certainly in the wrong business! A clear violation of taking advantage of students and making them believe they are in the wrong! Do Not Use. 0 stars would be given if I could.

   Appalling service. Deep cleaned flat, now they are trying to charge me for cleaning. Flat had damp on walls that got progressively worse during the winter - not condensation but damp!! Also charging for painting over damp patches! Do not touch this agency

   I lived in an Ashi property for a year and they were a very professional and efficient letting agency. Any problems were dealt with quickly and we were always given notice before they visited the property. I would definitely recommend renting with Ashi.
