As a tenant I can't recommend Cardiff Estates and Lettings highly enough. Victoria was the first person I met, whose friendly, helpful and down to earth. Every time i call I get told that its another colleague dealing with the property and they don't know anything about it. after multiple days of calling them they tell me : ''sorry but the property is gone''. The ''application in progress'' happened after multiple days of calling and being send away.

Just used Cardiff Estates and Lettings to secure a new tenancy for the coming year and they were very helpful and the flat is lovely. Georgia in particular was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.
Completely unprofessional. Lack of communication. Once confronted - took no accountability and gaslighted me. I would be weary of renting a flat with them. Response: That is incorrect. We waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and nobody did. After calling multiple times and leaving messages, someone finally decided to respond (if you look at your other reviews people have said the exact same thing). When asked if she had tried the 3+ numbers I gave and my email. She said “we had a long list of people to get through”. When booking my appointment on 27/05/2022 we double checked my contact details therefore I will not take the “wrong number” excuse as again - that is gaslighting. The right and professional thing would’ve been to admit a fault there and kindly try to rearrange an appointment however I was gaslighted from the beginning of the conversation as if it was my fault for failing to let me know that you cancelled and again - not trying to get through other means of contact that you had. Although it makes no difference to you, the effort that was made to make this visit was extensive and i appreciate that that is not your problem but as a Lettings agency the least you can do is book viewings correctly and inform your clients if you’re unable to make one. Again I stand by my original post and your other reviews prove what I am saying.
I rented a flat with Cardiff Estates and Lettings last year. Mary, Georgia and the rest of the team did a great job of making the moving in, living in the flat and moving out a pleasant experience. They were always quick to answer questions and sort out issues. Highly recommended.
