   CF24 Properties is far and away the best agency I have had the pleasure of going through. The process of applying to rent a 2 bed flat through them has been amazing. Their near instant response time to any query or question I had left me in awe, and their patience even when problems occurred during the application process was amazing. Aki arranged a viewing of the property instantly, and impressed my friend who attended the viewing with his friendly nature and ability to honestly answer any questions he had. After deciding to apply for the property, Chelsea handled our application and was fantastic. Her patience with not only explaining the application process to me, but also when waiting for my landlord reference to come through was amazing. I cannot recommend the agency enough, and I'm looking forward to my tenancy at my new flat thanks to CF24 Properties.

   I’m still in awe that an agency like this exists. My one year tenancy within a property managed by CF24 has just come to an end, and my experience throughout this has been nothing short of 5 stars. From the beginning of the process, to the final move-out arrangements, and any blips in the meantime, Aki and Chelsea have continued to go above and beyond to help me out and ensure they did everything in their power to make my time in the property comfortable. Their response rate to any query is incredible, and I felt assured that they were there to represent my interests, as well as that of the landlord. Aki cares a huge amount about the tenants he manages, and continuously surprised me with his willingness to go the extra mile to help any request / concern I had. If you ever get a chance to live in a property managed by this company, I highly recommend it. I’ve lived in a lot of rented places, and never experienced anything even remotely close to this before. Thank you.

   Cleaned my flat well with good understanding and good relationships with cleaners that I enjoyed having around. When there were problems they tried there best to diffuse situations and complete jobs going the extra mile. They are reliable turning up more than some other cleaners. Good honest price invoicing too. They take photos so are professional and transparent in supervising work done.

   I don't know where to start. but in 2019 there were problems the more we asked for help, the less we got unprofessional behavior. and indifference to everything I gave you a chance and time to solve this problem. unfortunately you force me to act. in this case this agency crosses the line they are not and never have been in compliance with the contract other positive feedback is just a big lie like their life but that was the highlight of everything this agency was taking illegal electricity from sub-tenants. use the electricity bill in the hallway in the apartment § 13 of the 1968 Act I cannot recommend this agency in Cardiff enough I can confirm that this information is true Thank you Lorant .H

They were especially prompt and responsive to any issues that had arisen within the house during my tenancy. The manager Aki is one of a kind and really goes the extra mile to ensure tenants are comfortable and happy. I found him easy to talk to, extremely kind and considerate in all situations. I would use this service again as I found it to be the best in Cardiff.
