   Second time I've used Mr Homes to sell my property, and i wouldn't go anywhere else. Outstanding service, from the very first valuation, which was spot on in comparison to further estate agents who valued the property considerably lower, through to the agents, and negotiators. Imogen was amazing throught the process, with quick and clear communication to help the chain complete. I'd fully recommend selling a property with Mr Homes, they're the same price as other agents, and will get more money for your house, a complete no brainer

   Great service from Mr Homes. This was definitely the right choice for selling our home in west Cardiff. The service was excellent and the fees reasonable however the time to sale was incredible. We contacted them on Monday, pictures were taken Tuesday, property wet live on Wednesday, had a viewing on Thursday and an offer on Friday. Other viewings were on the cards but we didn't need them. What more could a seller want. Thank you Anthony and all the staff at Mr Homes

   I couldn’t be happier than with the service I had at Mr Homes, Anthony gave honest opinions, an accurate property valuation and managed my expectations based on his wealth of experience and to top it off he was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Also a special mention for Gina who I can only describe as formidable and nothing was too much trouble keeping me up to date throughout the sales process often contacting me after work and in her own time which is remarkable. In all honesty, I don’t even think Mr Homes charge enough for the service they provide whilst guiding you through one of the most stressful times of your life. I personally wouldn’t use any other estate agent and It’s no surprise to me having now experienced their service first hand that Mr Homes is number 1.
