   By far the worst letting agency I have had the displeasure of experiencing in Cardiff. They are completely unprofessional and treated us like children. They additionally attempted to charge us ludicrous amounts of money for ‘damages’ to the property which didn’t exist, including £150 for cleaning an oven? Fortunately the DPS saw through this company and didn’t award anything. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for more reasonably priced properties in Cardiff and for a more professional experience.

   They basically left my bf homeless. Never had any similar experience. Disgraceful in these days. Edit: I realised i didn’t put enough information. So, He enquired for a small room in the rough area of Grangetown, my boyfriend has a steady income of about 1.4k ,after tax, a month, also his dad is a homeowner, Hafren properties asked for documents that made the whole family questioning about the intentions of the agency, things that being personally, who i ve been renting for 5 years, agencies never asked me for, really personal stuff, viewed by strangers only for him to get declined. That is personal data that were shared to the landlord who for some reason did not like and they did not tell us ANYTHING other than the landlord declined for him to stay there. Absolutely did not give us any reason! And now he is sleeping at his friend’s couch because this agency is not even SENSIBLE enough (honestly i’d be deeply embarrassed if i was them) to even offer him an ALTERNATIVE. Properties all around are taken by students, whom they ask less information (trust me i know, i graduated last year ) and all of his family was sent to the bank to send them PERSONAL DATA just to be rejected for NO REASON. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I would recommend Any other agency. I was with Peter alan just this year and they have been great. They Didn't ask me for any unnecessary details and got the place i wanted in less than a week. Also half these reviews are fake, you can tell as their review here is their ONLY ONE. Also dear Hafren Properties, learn how to spell.
