I have worked with BCL; Lucy and she was quite helpful in arranging the rental house for me. I discussed my issues and requirements with her, and she made sure they were addressed accordingly. Although the process did take some time, but I would give that to the involvement of previous tenants. Nick Tatham, our agent, was very positive and proactive in everything he did. Nick also communicated very clearly and regularly so we knew what was happening. Nick organised for Creative Agency to go into our property and complete images for a virtual tour which helped us with advertising the property. This got us multiple viewings and I would highly recommend using this agency as it supported us to find the right tenants. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our choice of going with Nick and Bay City Living!

Dipping a toe into the rental market for the first time in 10 years was a daunting prospect but Nick and his team made it a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble and the level of communication was brilliant. Both Nick and Richard knew straight away that we loved the house. They made sure that we knew exactly what was going on at all times and knew that Nick was only a phone call away. Since moving in nothing has changed, the service is exceptional and Nick and the whole team have been brilliant. I don't think that there are any other Letting Agencies that would be able to provide a bespoke service at the level BCL have. They found us our dream home and we look forward to many more years here with Bay City Living!
I've rented my house out through Nick and BCL for many years. They offer a great service, are efficient and deal with all the logistics so I don't need to. They have a great admin support team who respond quickly to all enquiries & ensure I get the right tenants. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again on another property.
