   The team were great from start to finish. They arranged an up to date EPC inspection so I didn’t have to worry about that and they dealt with it all. The pictures and walk through were amazing! One of the main things was that they pitched the sale price of my house perfectly and it sold 4 days after going on the market, to the first viewers, at the asking price! The team were friendly, helpful, prompt, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Thank you Hunters Bridgend gang.

   Just completed a purchase with Hunters and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team for all their hard work and amazing customer service to make my house completion go as smoothly and quickly as possible. I met both Kim and Julie at viewings and they were both so lovely and helpful. Any communication I sent was replied to promptly, even after the sale. I had a lovely box of goodies and personalised card when picking my keys up, which was such a nice touch. I would highly recommend the Pencoed team and will always be grateful to them for helping me buy my home.

Our chain turned into an absolute nightmare at times, and our moving date ended up changing three times, but the team were amazing throughout it all.    Initial contact and valuation was with Luke who advised a significantly higher valuation than the two other Agents who had visited, he seemed confident in his knowledge and albeit a little sceptical, we decided to proceed on the figure advised. Worked through all the arrangements and updates with Kim, who was always very helpful, available and informative. Ultimate result was a sale not too far of the estimate which was very courteously and efficiently handled by both Luke and Kim. A great outcome and would definitely recommend.
