“Excellent service from the gentleman on the desk (didnt quite catch his name). He upgraded both our rooms to executive suites. One was a lot smaller than the other and the fridge in the smaller room wasnt working. However this didnt affect our stay in the slightest. Staff were super friendly, made it easier for conversation as one of us were already dressed up to go out!! Rooms were super clean, tv was of a good size only downfall was we could not connect to the chromecast in any of the rooms. Cant comment on the bar/restaurant as only popped in there for one drink before heading out. But it was lovely and clean and the drinks were nice. The pool was nice, jaccuzzi/hot tub could have been warmer but it was ok. Parking charges are a bit on the high side, but we had a lift there and back. Id definatly reccommend and would stay again but would park elsewhere or catch a train and walk. Honestly though the gentleman on the desk was an absolute gem and hes a credit to your hotel. Cant wait to return.”

“For a budget hotel, this ibis strongly exceeds expectations. When I came, breakfast was £6 a head for all you can eat. Staff were kind and considerate. 5* for service but mainly due to the lack of expectations. I do not expect amazing service in a budget hotel but feel we still got more than we paid for. Double room is reasonably sized, excellent shower facilities and spacious enough if all you plan to do is sleep or surf the internet. Location is great, a five minute walk from the City Centre, and 7 minutes walk from where the coach gets in. Absolutely fantastic, and £38/night. Great weekend, thank you all.”

“Stayed here two nights it was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a night club directly opposite so lots of noise but this didn't bother me at all I liked knowing there were people around”

“Excellent! I needed to renew my passport and I initially contacted Mr Contino on the phone. He explained what documents to take and booked an appointment within a couple of weeks, at a time convenient for me to travel to Cardiff from Swindon. In the past I used London but I wasn't keen traveling to the City. On the day, I was greeted by a very professional and kind man, who even offered me a coffee. The passport renewal process was quick and smooth. Thank you again.”

“Me and my partner booked our holiday through Shai. She was amazing, listened exactly to what we wanted and found the perfect holiday! “Our business has just moved into Temple Court and we couldn't be happier. Tracey and her staff made the whole process extremely easy, everyone is very welcoming. The building itself is stunning and so far our visiting clients are very impressed! Welcomed by professional and friendly receptionist Maggs, walking into the bright, spotlessly clean reception and then up to the equally impressive first floor. We are currently in a temporary office which was set up to accommodate us for a quick move. We're very happy here but also can't wait to move to our third floor office which steps out onto the fabulous roof top terrace. I can't recommend them enough.”
