“Our business has just moved into Temple Court and we couldn't be happier. Tracey and her staff made the whole process extremely easy, everyone is very welcoming. The building itself is stunning and so far our visiting clients are very impressed! Welcomed by professional and friendly receptionist Maggs, walking into the bright, spotlessly clean reception and then up to the equally impressive first floor. We are currently in a temporary office which was set up to accommodate us for a quick move. We're very happy here but also can't wait to move to our third floor office which steps out onto the fabulous roof top terrace. I can't recommend them enough.”

“Excellent service from the gentleman on the desk (didnt quite catch his name). He upgraded both our rooms to executive suites. One was a lot smaller than the other and the fridge in the smaller room wasnt working. However this didnt affect our stay in the slightest. Staff were super friendly, made it easier for conversation as one of us were already dressed up to go out!! Rooms were super clean, tv was of a good size only downfall was we could not connect to the chromecast in any of the rooms. Cant comment on the bar/restaurant as only popped in there for one drink before heading out. But it was lovely and clean and the drinks were nice. The pool was nice, jaccuzzi/hot tub could have been warmer but it was ok. Parking charges are a bit on the high side, but we had a lift there and back. Id definatly reccommend and would stay again but would park elsewhere or catch a train and walk. Honestly though the gentleman on the desk was an absolute gem and hes a credit to your hotel. Cant wait to return.”

“Stayed here two nights it was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a night club directly opposite so lots of noise but this didn't bother me at all I liked knowing there were people around”

“Me and my partner booked our holiday through Shai. She was amazing, listened exactly to what we wanted and found the perfect holiday! We were sure we weren’t going to buy the holiday straight away and take time to think about it before we committed, but Shai found us an amazing deal with a great hotel so we bought straight away! She recommended the hotel based on what we wanted and it was perfect. She’s really knowledgeable of places to visit and gave us tips about the area. Thanks Shai, you were amazing!”

He explained what documents to take and booked an appointment within a couple of weeks, at a time convenient for me to travel to Cardiff from Swindon.
