   I was told when I first came to the office I can do a 1 month trial. The cost would be £144. I agreed and signed up for 1 month. I then received a bill for over £500. I raised a complaint and was told there is nothing anyone can or is willing to do to refund me.

   Very bad customer service. With £353 office rent , they charge me £185 restoration fees for nothing. They have never mentioned me about this charge . Very bad ..

   It’s an office building where you’d mostly go if you wish to give your fingerprints for a passport or Visa renewal. I guess the UKVI administers these offices. There’s parking outside but you need to pay to park.

   Most pathetic place. Visited this place today with kids was not allowed to park there even though the 20 minutes service I purchased was worth £222.00. Lift was broken and had to pick my younger son and clime up three floors by stairs. Receptionist was very rude and arrogant. I can not imagine this sort of behavior at 9AM as you are very fresh. Will never ever recommend it to any body. Pathetic, dreadful and miserable.

   ***DO NOT RENT AN OFFICE HERE!!*** After being heavily mislead into renting an office here, offering promises of which have not been delivered upon, I'd strongly recommend to not rent an office here, or with Regus at all. Our furniture was 2 months late arriving, making the office unsuitable for our needs. We were not compensated at all for this delay. Internet speeds in the building are incredibly slow despite being quoted by the sales rep (Amy) we'd receive "500GB up & down". The internet connection drops regularly, and have experienced regular building outages for up to an hour at a time. All complaints are ignored, and reports aren't taken seriously. After requesting a meeting with the UK Sales Director, John Ryder, he said "you're more than welcome to sue us if you're unhappy, but Regus has more money than you, and the agreement has you bent over a barrel, you simply can't win." The list of issues and complaints go on, avoid Regus at all costs!

   I am leaving this poor review for the receptionist who greeted me on the morning of August 14th. She is impolite and antagonistic. For her to be the person to greet people, I am appalled. Note to receptionist: Everyone should be treated with respect. Everyone should be civil to others. I would usually give people the benefit of the doubt and say she was having a bad day, but from her manner it seemed like she was used to treating people disrespectfully and getting away with it. Part of the job is communicating in smooth way that brings the best out of people and resolving queries. I hope she is put in another non-people facing role. Shocking. Learn some people skills.
